Cons: Hotel was challenging to find; tucked away in a small ally. Lack of ability to control room temperature made us too hot much of the time. It was not clear what was included with breakfast. Staff shortage and language barriers caused some guests to be confused and frustrated at breakfast.

Cons: My room 301 was very small and had a staircase to walk inside that is a big issue for an older person.

Pleasant stay, great location but noisy

Pros: Great location, really in the middle of everything. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was plenty. Nice of them to have water/tea and some snacks available during the day.

Cons: Noisy, both from inside the hotel and from the outside. People with mobility problems may find that the elevator doesn't go to the reception level. You need to use a short flight of stairs. Could be a problems for some people with luggage.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved. Too much pastries on the buffet. The menu provided is nice but reduced. I cant eat gluten so I was really in trouble because there was an unique option. On the first day it worked, bread came hot and soft. The others 7 days, it was awful, nobody in the kitchen was able to do it. (Follow the instructions on the package)

Pros: Absolutely everything. So so close to everything. Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. The staff was incredible! The rooms were large and clean. The air conditioning was COLD. The soundproofing was amazing. Location was perfect. There is a happy hour every night with Spritzs included. The breakfast is perfect to start your door. Just loved everything about the hotel.
