Gorgeous place to relax and unwind

Pros: The place was gorgeous, very relaxing lovely places to walk. The Thalasso section was really lovely, warm salt water pool both indoor and outdoor. So we stayed there for a long time everyday. Dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were very accommodating, we added a day's stay and moved room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found beaches else where on the island and the lighthouse was amazing.

Cons: The resort was beside the sea - I like sea swimming - even cold sea swimming and the beach wasn't really what we expected from the photos it wasn't clear that you couldn't really swim there or sunbath. Also the breakfast was expensive

A nice experience with some luxury but over priced and lots of extra costs ie bike hire, breakfast etc.

Pros: The Pools were lovely!

Cons: Over priced for the experience and expensive to get to and from La Richelle - a transport service should be considered

Great short break

Pros: Access to the beach for the dogs was brilliant. They made our dogs and us very welcome. The service was outstanding and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons: I thought the room was slightly expensive.

Great place for relaxing time !

Pros: Excellent staff, very comfortable and great food. Access to spa pool was a plus. Next to all places of interest. Secured car park. My wife has worked a couple a days in the bar area without any troubles and full wifi connexion!

Awful hotel with awful staff - never again!

Pros: Almost nothing. I found the stay traumatising and I am still as a result trying to process the experience.

Cons: Snobby and racist staff Was left waiting for more than an hour at the spa and then told that they didn't have my booking and that they didn't have time to do the 20-minute treatment Had lots of issues with the booking resulting in them overcharging me to the tune of over 700! Hotel location, though positioned as on the beach is actually next to a pebble beach and you cant swim in that area! The TV channels were focussed on a home market Considering the price - discounting the fact I was overcharged - I found the experience decidedly poor!

Pros: Really calm and nice hotel. The location was great next to the sea. You are still very close to the main town. Would recommend this hotel.

Cons: Car park at night might need some light. Spa can be very busy and it make it hard to use the facilities.

Cons: No irons available. Booked 2 doubles and 1 twin ( got 3 doubles) no towels in room, use of pool was very limited.

Pros: GM is the best, he fixed everything for us.

Cons: Front desk staff were very impolite. Even we showed our booking confirmation, they repeated in front of us, the guest, de toute faon on est complet!!!! and after they finally found our booking, they did not apologies. First welcome was very disappointed.

Pros: The outdoor, heated swimming pool with sea water was about the only thing I liked about this hotel. Also, the hotel is located right next to the ocean and away, but not too far, from busy, touristic villages (La Flotte, St.-Martin, etc.). Peaceful! Everything on the island is maximum 15 minutes away by car.

Cons: Hotel looks outside & inside more like a dated 1980's Novotel then a luxury resort hotel. Rooms are very small and badly decorated. Think Ibis / Novotel, from +30 years ago. I booked & paid for a room with ocean view and I couldn't see the ocean at all (room 100). Every single room on the ground floor has NO ocean view. Only when you book a room on the first floor! Food in the poolside restaurant was disappointing. Very ordinary and expensive for what it was. Staff did not even bother to ask at check-out if we liked our stay. Nothing. Just pay and go. I simply did NOT like this hotel at all. Next time I will certainly choose another hotel.

Great spa hotel for a short break.

Pros: Great facilities with a nice relaxing spa and roof terrace, good bar and restaurant. Bikes and e-Bikes available to hire to explore the villages.

Cons: The spa is great for a day, but not very user-friendly for longer stays, fo example none of the loungers lie flat, you can't access the bar for coffee directly from the spa, it is next door.

High price poor service.

Pros: Bike hire easy was easy and reception staff friendly The room was a good size. When my husband lost the key to his bike they sent a driver with a replacement at no extra cost.

Cons: The beach by the hotel is not very pretty nor would you want to swim there. Our room said sea view but only if you were standing on tip toes! No privacy on our patio. People walking by and kids playing right in front of you. We had to wait for ages for our supper. A long walk to the spa
