    Cons: This was the hotel I dreamed of, but I was never able to get into it. I paid for my room through Booking.com and was ready to check in. The girl at the reception said that the payment was declined and I need to call a third party to get my money back. It was Sunday, late evening. And I was very lucky that I got through to booking. I didn't receive any help from the girl. I only felt her irritation because I was distracting her with my “stupid” (as I felt my position) questions to stand and help guests who had no problems with payment. She gave priority to another guest at the reception and dropped the call from Booking.com twice while they were trying to help me. When I asked the girl to call herself (at least to someone!!!), she refused. I understand English, but it’s difficult for me to speak, especially on such complex questions. That's why I use the online service and don't arrive in advance!! And the whole waiting process took me about 40 minutes to understand that she would not be able to check me in, simply because they did not have such a function in their database. I will wait a few more DAYS for a refund on the card! Now they won’t check me in anywhere, because everywhere they require a deposit, which I just paid to this hotel. And it's already late evening. I'll sleep in the car, thanks. This spoiled the impression not only of the hotel, but also of the city

    Pros: Everything looks neat, clean, and comfortable. I love would be happy to go back.
    Cons: I did not read the full details of the hotel that there will be no free breakfast. However, that’s totally fine.
