Great start of the trip!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The definite highlight of the room was the view outside. The beds were comfortable, AC worked very well.

Pros: Good location, near mall. Quite a comfortable room and bed, after we moved from the room we originally got.

Cons: The assigned room had many problems: balcony door couldn't close, couldn't switch off light in the kitchenette, etc. Rooms could be cleaned better. Couldn't get breakfast because chef didn't arrive.

Pros: The beautiful, breathtaking view of Manila Bay from the 49th floor. The room is clean and the service is superb. The staff made sure that we had a comfortable, convenient stay.

Manila should only be a weekend stay...

Pros: The staff always had a friendly smile.

Cons: Where to start? The hotel is an aparto-hotel so people live in the building. I do not like this style and only select hotels/resorts on the app. This should be made more explicit. The staff, while friendly, was not as thorough as I'd like. When requesting my room to freshened I didn't not expect to make a separate request for liquid shower soap. It rained everyday and there was a foul oder coming from the bathroom. I was told that when it rains things get backed up and it just happens! Lastly, people asking for money and food meet you at the front door and then staff do little to deter this. I stopped leaving the hotel for a couple of days because of this.

Excellent location!

Pros: We spent 3 nights in Manila and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location is very good! There is a huge mall on the corner, and the area has great nightlife. Our apartment was at a higher floor, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. The room was well equipped and generally clean. The staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this place!
