    What a Beautiful Resort

    Pros: The room was beautiful! We stayed in the villas that had fireplaces and bathtubs. It was very comfortable, room just delightful.Th spa was delightful.
    Cons: The restaurant was just so so. Service was just ok. Not on par with the rest of the property.

    Very nice, pet-friendly resort. Beautiful...

    Pros: Beautiful property that was extremely pet friendly. The staff at the property was very welcoming. Whether you plan to explore snow canyon or stay on the property, it is a great location. While they seemed to discourage from bringing young kids, it seemed very family friendly with our 10 and 15 year olds.
    Cons: We tried to adjust our booking (booked through booking.com) by calling the hotel to add another day, and we were told that wasn't possible. But we found the same room available on Expedia, so we booked it. When we arrived, we explained the situation and both rooms were available. There seems to be some technical difficulty managing their reservations. I also find it very unclear if you're booking a pet-friendly room.

    Loved Red Mountain

    Pros: Loved the quiet, the views, the facilities offered at this resort. It was clean and staff lovely. Loved the outfitter shop. Loved the walking trails.
    Cons: All was excellent. If I had to criticize something, it would be the food in restaurant. Menu was small, no soup offered. Found the breakfast greasy with toast not toasted. Coffee cold. Gluten free waffles while it was super nice that they offered them, they were not cooked through properly. A few improvements needed there but the steak was excellent.

    Beautiful, quiet and serene place...

    Pros: The location of the property was beautiful. It was so close to snow canyon and the scenery around it was stunning. The property was quiet and relaxing. I loved the hammocks placed conveniently around the property. Everything was kept up and well maintained.
    Cons: Nothing!

    Magical!

    Pros: Love the villa we stayed in. The ambiance of the surroundings. We enjoyed the little s’more packages for by the fire. The area was just simply stunning.
    Cons: It would have been perfect if there was a little store on the premises.

    I probably wouldn’t recommend it...

    Pros: The scenery around this hotel is stunning. The restaurant & shop staff were very kind.
    Cons: 2 women arriving at night in pitch black & young kid at front desk gave lousy directions to get to our room. No parking spots anywhere near our room, several were taken up by the resort vehicles. Golf cart could have been used to show us the building but wasn’t. We were put on 2nd floor carrying luggage up 2 flights. Hotel rooms need to be updated. I injured myself getting out of the tub, even used the grab bar , but ledge at tub is too wide & scraped my leg. When checking out , I told front desk guy that we had a few hiccups on our stay & he didn’t even bother to ask about them.

    Pros: Incredible location right near the entrance to Snow Canyon. The rear view behind the resort is amazing and offers a labyrinth and walking trails. The breakfasts we ate at the resort restaurant were delicious. We enjoyed the outside hotub. We will return!
