Pros: Location right off the hwy. However, the hotel, the parking, the pool and the male Manager was an unprofessional DISASTER. I will never stay here again.

Cons: We had to switch rooms. Then our toilet clogged and flooded bathroom with sewage and while the staff took time to clean it all up, We missed our dinner reservations. Then at 12am, 12:15am, 1am, 1:20am, 2am and 2:12am there was illegal noise disturbance.

I felt tricked and that...

Pros: It was clean staff was nice

Cons: We purposely booked this because it had an indoor pool and breakfast. Once I got to the property I got told the breakfast was closed on the morning and went to my room got dressed for swimming me and my daughter walked down and got told that they have to close the pool for 24 hours. The two things that brought me there both were taken away I feel like the stay should have been more accommodated for bad stuff.

Pros: It is very airy and bright. I love that there is a resturant inside it, however it was hardly open when we were there. Also love the pool.

Cons: Our room did not get cleaned very often and we had to go ask for coffee everyday. The desk person was kinda indifferent. We waited a very long time to check in as there is only one desk person for some reason at 5 pm and check in is at 4 pm.
