Cons: There were minor maintenance issues (closet door had broken lower hinge). Seat cushions on sofa were not meant for 235lb American (106.5kg).

Pros: Everything was okay so far at least my mom slept the whole night. But the mere fact we are accused of stealing the towel!! And we have to argue with the staff that they only gave 3 towels but we didnt cared anyway if it was lacking. Cos they said they regularly provide 4 towels to every guest who paid! Since they wont believe us my mom ended up crying out of anger cos of the fact that a towel??? An old towel?? Then we will steal it?! We asked them to check our every luggage to end any arguments from them that indeed we didnt took any single thing but the staff said NO NEED! ITS FINE THAT IT WILL BE DEDUCTED ON US. What?! Awhile ago she even said maybe we put it in our luggage and now that were opening all and each and every baggage of ours thats what she will answer?! At least apologize for accusing us of stealing your old towel that we never did and will never will!!

Cons: Please next time do not just assume that your guest are thieves! Do the investigations first then give the verdict!

Water supply is essential especially after coming back from a hot & humid day

Pros: Quite neighborhood, homely kind of place but our 1st 2nights were bad there was hardly no water in the shower room & no hot & cold when I asked the front Desk I was told the water pressure & flow from the main source was of low level !

With the goal of spending a relaxing weekend, this was achieved when we stayed at Red Knight Gardens

Pros: The pool was clean. The food was good and worth the price. The room was clean and comfortable. Relaxing ambience in the whole place. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Alternate power option in case of power interruptions that we experience when we were there. More water pressure in the common shower room by the pool :)
