Cons: Being charged 230 Baht because I broke one of the mugs in the room. It was a cheap mug not worth 230.

Pros: Great location. Railay Beach is a must! Excellent value for money. Pool has nice infinity view. Enjoyed stay.

Cons: The second pool had construction work so our view wasnt the best but this was fine as youre not really in your room for that long! Lightening in room could be better.

Rooms are very big, good location! The monkeys were a lot and go through your bags and are everywhere

Pros: The pool was gorgeous, The rooms were really big! Nice balcony and the location was really good! Amazing views from the pool!

Cons: Have stayed here before but not sure Id stay again, The reception staff were so rude and made us feel very uncomfortable, staring and laughing at us! The monkeys went through my bag and took things whilst I was in the pool and they are quite scary so would be nice if a staff member was around the pool area!! The bathrooms were very old and could do with a freshen up!

Excellent stay!!!

Pros: This hotel was great for our stay. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.We have got a room with a great view which we loved very much. Lot of great restaurants were nearby and nothing was complicated to do. The pool was lovey with an amazing view and the breakfast was super, a lot to choose from.I would return without any hesitation.

Pros: The price compared to other resorts that have nothing more to offer. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was great.

Cons: Just little things, more a suggestion: the baths at the pool were not super clean. Breakfast consider more people with intolerances (gluten, lactose etc)

Beautiful place to stay in paradise - cant recommend enough.

Pros: The rooms were huge, airy, and with great comforts. The location is phenomenal and so close to the most beautiful beaches imaginable. Staff were wonderful and the restaurant was great - amazing breakfast buffet. Roof top pool was also gorgeous. And there were monkeys!

Pros: Good value for money. The staff members were extremely polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and facilities were great.

Cons: The internet connection was terrible. The signal was constantly lost in the rooms located at the back of the hotel. If you require internet access, this hotel is not for you.
