Pros: The location is not far away from Melbourne Central, Victoria Liabary and those tram lines to flinder station etc. and just one underground station from southern cross station to the hotel. So, overall rating for commute one place to the other place is good. I also rent a car and there is 5 mins parking free just in front hotel doors. Many Thai staff to help with Thai people.

Cons: Breakfast a bit low quality and variety compared with other Radisson I used to stay with. For example, Radisson in Tromso provides more vary of food and menus but this place, even the cold cuts they left un-refil, no eggs menu, no salad (if you called just tomato and cucumber as salad - fine) coffee machine is broken on the first date of my stay and etc. In sum, I am not impress with only breakfast.

Pros: Great room. Good lighting and very generous size. City views were nice albeit compromised.

Cons: A little expensive but you get what you pay for. Staff were good but not particularly warm. View from the room compromised by unsightly construction and uncomfortable proximity to appartments but you get that with the territory.

Pros: Overall room was good and liked the fact they let up drop our luggage in the morning.

Cons: 1 There was no fan in the bathroom 2 $35 for breakfast and still you had to pay for decent coffee separately, breakfast quality was not good

Pros: Very Good location. Market and Garden are next door. Free melbourne trams reaches this hotel and can assist in reaching all tourist locations. Friendly staff. Liked the stay, no hesitation in recommending.

Terrible checkin service for 3...

Pros: Close to our dinner space which was Mansae

Cons: We checked in a girls staycation with the 3 of us on a 40 degree day. One of the girls had checked in earlier (who was pregnant) as she was arriving via Vline. When the two of us checked in later we were greeted by a lady who asked what the checkin name was. I mentioned my own as it was under my booking and she rudely dismissed us and said "No wrong" and proceed to play a game with us. It was very unprofessional and rude. Keep in mind we had just walked 10 mins from the station on a 40 degree day and this was unwarranted for. Finally when she gave us the keypass, it didnt have any details of the room number or anything on checkout times or provide any information on the hotel. I never leave bad reviews, however this left such a sour taste for our Girls staycation. Im not sure if this place caters more towards older travellers who may get treated better but for us in our late 20s we will be taking the business elsewhere in future.
