Cons: Check in was half hour late ( 2:30 ) When got to the cabin Fly wire door had holes all over Which meant we could not enjoy the fresh air ( choose ) and let alone mosquitoes would have come in . And when addressed said they would fix Only for me to ask again the day before we left For it to be fixed ! Couch had dirty tissues and dirt in the grooves ! Very dusty skirting boards :( Definitely not what I would class as a deluxe cabin :( Where not offered a up grade or remuneration or another cabin .

Pros: The facilities at the property were excellent ie indoor pool, spa, playground and the layout of the park offered privacy and was well kept.

Cons: Reception staff were excellent however food and beverage staff in the lounge area behaved as if they were being put out and were not helpful. We were left standing there waiting for our drink order to be taken, it was not busy and the staff member behind the bar was at the register, refused to make eye contact, nor did she let us know she had acknowledged us although she knew we were there. I work in customer service and the number one rule is look at your customers, no matter how busy you are and let them know you wont be a moment. Common courtesy was very much lacking. It was one minute until Happy Hour and we were refused the Happy Hour pricing although the drinks arrived at the table well after Happy Hour had started. We visited the lounge area twice during our stay and both times we had to ask staff to clean and wipe down the table after previous guests had left. The staff in the restaurant were much more attentive and the food was excellent. The cabin was clean and well equipped however the technology in the cabin was archaic and we were unable to plug in our computer so it linked with the tv in order to watch our streaming services. The additions of smart tvs in the rooms in this day and age is a must.
