Pros: It is close to Dolloywood

Cons: The floors where horribly dirty as was the bathroom walls . There was a chocolate candy bar laying on top the bed railing . A dirty deodorant can from someone who stayed previously. A hair bow laying on the tub side. The phone in the room didn't even work . Had to walk to lobby to ask for a blanket for the bed . We had no towels upon Arrival. Had to walk down to ask for those also. No Toilet paper. I have stayed here before in the past and it was Great . This stay was just No Good!!!

Pros: The location was the best part of the hotel.

Cons: There was no breakfast as advertised for the whole duration of stay. Staffing is obviously an issue as no one was present at the main desk multiple times when we tried obtaining bath towels, our room had none. The rooms were so dirty. Floors hadn't been cleaned in a questionable amount of time. Hair present in shower, in toilet, in bed linens. We questioned if sheets were switched out between stays. Roaches were present. Spoke with multiple guests who had the same experience during our stay.

Will not stay here again.

Pros: Two staff members were very nice but the rest did not have a care in the world. I wish I had gotten the 2 housekeepers names that were good because the rest of the staff give them a bad name. I did not see any bugs. Close to everything.

Cons: The rooms were very dirty. I saw others reviews about dirt but I always take Lysol wipes to give everything a quick wipe down but it was no match for these rooms. There was a dirty footprint on one of the beds that I noticed as soon as we got in the room. I went down to get clean sheets to change them myself, I could tell they weren’t happy about me asking for sheets. The floors left our feet black on the bottom and ruined all our socks. I had to purchase a mop to clean the floors myself. Even the walls were dirty. The A/C unit had very visible mold. There was hair left all over the place. Every time we asked for towels they would always say they were out.

Cons: Had to leave in the middle of the night because of bed bugs. Went to the front desk and nobody was there even called the “emergency number several times and nobody answered”. I will never stay there again.

Pros: This hotels needs to be shut down and pets control and the health department called . Everyone from the hotel manager to housekeepers needs to be fired immediately. That’s one nasty Hotel .

Cons: Everything it’s just nasty . You have to come to front desk to get towels. No breakfast , only one pool oping , the rooms were nasty . I ask for my room to be clean an was told the rooms only gets cleaned every3 days . Guests was given supplies to clean their own room . There was no tissue nor garbages in the room.. we had to go to the front desk to get everything that’s was suppose to be in the room . Please do not stay here .

Pros: Pros: The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The location was fantastic, right next to the Titanic Museum.

Cons: Cons: There were no towels in our room and when I went down to get some the girl at the front desk was on her phone…she never got up or off her phone, just told me to go check the laundry room and gave me a description of where it was…once there, there still were no clean towels but at least the laundry guy was friendly! We stayed two nights and a full trash bag from the cleaning crew sat outside of our room (we were in a corner room near the steps) for two days. The second morning it was torn into by a stray cat (or some animal) and trash was all over near the steps. The TV was pretty small or maybe the room was just big

Cons: When we first got there our first room had a huge hole in the ceiling, and sticky floors and the couch was disgusting. Gave us another room smelt like a chain smoker and alcoholic lived in the room. Third room was the best out of the 3. Had no linens! I ended up spending $50 in cleaning supplies and getting my own sheets and cleaned it myself. It took me 2 hours to clean it all and i could have kept going! I ended up using 8 swiffer pads on the floor! I emailed the property manager never heard anything back. The white lady house keeper was walking around without shoes smoking, The next day we went down to the pool and she was in the pool in clothes after a bit got out and went back to work!!! Spoke to several other families and no one had a good stay there the 6 days we were there! The pool was okay one yday then murky the next! The staff didnt really seem concerned or wanted to help. The hispanic man was honestly amazing he helped us with anything we needed while there. Im posting on google as well if you want to see pictures! Worst stay in pigeon forge ever!!

Unclean, miserable, waste of time...

Cons: We arrived to the room at 3:45 and had to wait until 4:00 to check in. We reserved the King Suite with Jacuzzi tub. There were no towels in the room. When we went back to the front desk to ask for towels we were told there were none available and the cleaning staff would not be back until the next morning. That meant we could not shower, use the jacuzzi tub, use the indoor pool, etc… Later that evening we asked for an extra blanket for the bed. No extra blankets were available. At 4 am I went to the bathroom to find no toilet paper. We called the front desk, no one answered, my husband got out of bed went to the office and the door was locked with a note on the door with an “In case of emergency’ number taped to the door. Before 7 am, the batteries in the remote had died. When someone finally showed up to the front desk we asked for towel, blankets, toilet paper, and batteries. Guess what… they didn’t have anything but toilet paper!!! Needless to say, I have a formal complaint into Wyndham. The “breakfast” consisted of toast with jelly and pop tarts one morning and granola bars one morning. We didn’t even waste our time the third day walking down to see what was available. It was the most miserable experience and ended up costing more money by the time we had to purchase the items needed for our stay. I could go on…. But I’ll just stop here.
