Pros: The property was at the sea front, very close to the ocean. The stuff was super friendly. And this is the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons: The floor of the room was sandy and dirty with some sweet wraps under the bed left by the previous guests. There was a cockroach on the wall. The WiFi didn’t work. We had 4 phones with us, both iPhones and androids and none of them was able to connect. The territory of the hotel was terrible, messy, under construction or renovations. The breakfast was a banana and 2 cereal bars. You can’t call it “breakfast” actually. We had just one night stay thankfully, I wouldn’t want to stay there longer. The place was somewhat depressing…

Pros: This is an old style hotel on the beach. Every room faces the ocean - either angled or straight on. The property is currently being renovated, which it needs. Our room is finished, and was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: For now the breakfast is the grab and go variety. I'm sure it will improve when the renovations are complete.

Cons: The fact that my cousin wanted to extend his stay one more night and the price went from roughly 138.00 per night to 378.00 per night. we had two other rooms rented for 5 nights. should have given him the room for one more night at the original price

Cons: Very run down ! The room that was shown on site that I thought I had booked was far from what I got ! I wouldn’t dare swim in the pool ! Rain water was running through the room , it was flooded when we returned , my suitcase & belongings were soaked , hotel staff said “ nothing they could do “ ! I dried it up myself with towels the best I could . I did receive $ 40 credit out of the $1200 for 4 night stay , they could have at least refunded a full night !! I paid upfront on booking site with no refund ! Life lesson not to do that again ! Live n learn …

Stay away from the place.

Pros: Absolutely run down and disgusting, unsafe to be open. They state they are under construction but it’s so much more than that. The pools were dirty, everywhere was a trip hazard, the lobby was behind dirty with dust and plaster everywhere. Another couple walked into our room as they were told our room was available by Kelly the manager. Wires hanging out above our hotel door, tv 60 % of the time had no channels, shower handle came completely off as I was taking a shower and it was stuck on hot water while I was taking a shower. Elevator had graffiti all over panel. Breakfast was in brown paper bags felt like a prison breakfast. The room was behind damp, water dripping off windows to the point I needed towels in the floor so as not to slip. The floor in our room was filthy, I had to use a towel beside our bed like a Matt so I could brush off my dirty feet before getting into bed. I relayed my dissatisfaction with no5 only the manager Kelly but the supervisor who jus5 shrugged it and said my gene Manager isn’t in so I cannot do anything, I asked for reimbursement for part of our stay but they told me to get in touch with booking as it’s not their problem m everywhere else in the vicinity was fully booked due to the Daytona race. I will never stay there ever again, they use false advertising on their own website with pictures of a very nice looking hotel but don’t be fooled. Complete rip-off and I have asked for my money back , my stay was horrible l it should not allowed to be open to the public in such poor conditions.
