I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND...

Cons: SHOWER HAS ONLY HOT OR COLD, METAL FLEX COVER ON SHOWER HOSE WAS BROKEN AT END AND SCRATCHED MY WIFES HAND & ARM,, NO KLEENEX OR TP, CHARGER NOT WORKING, NO CLOCK, TV NOT WORKING :INPUT SET ON ANTENNA*COUD `NOT FIND GOOD INPUT, REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING, FRONT DESK STAFF CAME IN AND TURNED ON SWITCHON BACK RIGHT CORNER, TWO HOURS LATER STILL NOT WORKING DIFFERENT PERSON CAME IN AND TURNED SWITCH ON BACK LEFT CORNER AND SAID THEY TURN THEM OFF TO SAVE MONEY, SAID IF IT DOESNT WORK SHE WOULD CHECK TO SE IF THE MAINTENANCE MAN WS STILL HERE OR LEFT WITH HIS WIFE THE `GM. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE RSVN & EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDE OF GM. WHEN WE CHECKED IN ON JAN 25TH I TOLD FRONT DESK IWANTED TO ADD ADDITIONAL NIGHT, IASKED HER WHY SHE WASNT BOOKING IT SHE SAID DONT WORRY I GOT YOU, I COME IN AT 715 AND WILL BOOK IT THEN. THE NEXT MORNING I GET A CALL FROM THE GM STATING THAT I HAD TO BE OUT BY 11AM I TOLD HER THAT I HAD EXTENDED ANOTHER NIGHT, SHE SAID THAT IS A DISABLED ROOM AND IT WAS BOOKED WEEKS AGO AND SHE WOULD PUT ME IN A DIFFERENT ROOM. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS DISABLED AND THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE THE STUFF OF THREE PEOPLE AS WIFE AND SON WERE NOT THERE. BOTTOM LINE SHE WAS EXTREMEL RUDDE IN TELLING ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE A RSVN AND I HAD TO GET OUT OF THE ROOM,

Cons: The front desk lady was looking at us at all moment during breakfast... i understant that they have to supervise people not take food away to the rooms...it was unconfortable

Cons: not willling to consider my requests, lied to me about messaging the manager, took 2 days to fix non working refrigerator

Pros: The staff was wonderful especially Vanessa the night lady. She was absolutely amazing. The morning front desk lady was also very friendly and helpful. The over all facilities where clean and nice. Are room Accommodations were perfect.

Cons: The bathroom in our room was not really up to par. The tile in the shower was broken in place that can cause harm. The shower head has a metal wrapping that was coming off and actually cut my finger. The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was mold in the shower and lots of hair.

Pros: Location

Cons: Spotted roaches, had to hold down handle to flush toilet, bathtub drained VERY slowly, shower curtain holder not adhered firmly to wall causing shower curtain not to cover shower, breakfast: no large plates, no jelly, luke warm coffee.

It was okay.

Pros: Location was great for my trip.

Cons: Checkin service not very friendly. TV in room was not working and the hotel didn't have anyone to fix the problem.

Cons: It smelled like cigarettes and when we asked to get a new room they said they did not have any more. We did not get a discount and when we left they charged us a fee for having the room smelling like cigarettes when we reported it already smelled like cigarettes.

Pros: The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

Cons: There was a weird smell in the room- like musty or a bit mildewed. It wasn't as noticeable after we had been in the room for awhile and had gotten used to it, but it hit me every time we came back in.
