Quality Inn is a brand under the Choice Hotel groups that caters accommodation and lodging services for the midscale segment of the hotel industry. Considered as one of the leaders in this niche, the brand started in 1939, an informal group of seven hotels that aimed to provide quality standards and operating practices for the hotel industry market.

 

As the group grew and innovated the hotel industry, Quality Inn was introduced in 1981 together with three other distinctive brands under the Choice Hotel group. In 2018, Quality Inn added more hotels under its brand name in the 3-star category, more than any other hotel brands ever did in the globe.

 

Quality Inn continues to grow more with additional properties slated to open this 2019. In 2017, the hotel opened 88 new hotels, 7% higher than the 81 hotels they opened in 2016.     Pros: Very good free breakfast with lots of options including scrambled egg and sausage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.
    Cons: Turning in to the driveway is scary. Not the management's fault but they should write to the city. It is an accident waiting to happen.

    Pros: Decent bed, good working heater/AC
    Cons: How small the bathroom is, you can’t really use the bathroom unless the door is open and it’s hard to get into the shower because the door is in the way. If anything it should be a pull to open door for the restroom.

    Great staff and friendly service...

    Pros: The staff were all wonderful. They were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Really great.
    Cons: The card keys frequently didn't function at all or sometimes intermittently. They had to be replaced several times during my stay. In fairness, there was a power outage prior to my arrival and one during my stay that was not the hotel's fault and may or may not have affected this. Bathroom and shower were pretty small.

    Pros: Nothing, the place was sketchy, looked like an institution treatment center or it used to be a jail or court house. Building was old, you can tell by the color of carpet, the paint job, and the rooms. Looks haunted. Charged $200 for 2 nights is over-priced by the way this building looks. For anyone looking for a place to stay a couple nights, go to La Quinta or Best Western Plus.
    Cons: The building, the colors, the rooms, the carpet, the entrance.... everything.

    Cons: I didn’t like that it was dirty and it smelled horrible. Felt like people lived there full time. The bathroom was gross I didn’t even stay the whole stay.
