About Quality Inn By Choice Hotel Brand Hotels

Quality Inn is a brand under the Choice Hotel groups that caters accommodation and lodging services for the midscale segment of the hotel industry. Considered as one of the leaders in this niche, the brand started in 1939, an informal group of seven hotels that aimed to provide quality standards and operating practices for the hotel industry market.

 

As the group grew and innovated the hotel industry, Quality Inn was introduced in 1981 together with three other distinctive brands under the Choice Hotel group. Quality Royale, the group’s luxury brand, Quality inn, as the moderately-priced under the 3-star market and Comfort Inn for budget conscious guests. In 2017, Quality Inn celebrated its 1,500th hotel opening in Williston, North Dakota and for being the world’s largest midscale hotel brand in the industry. In 2018, Quality Inn added more hotels under its brand name in the 3-star category, more than any other hotel brands ever did in the globe.

    Double charged and no support...

    Pros: It was near to hard rock stadium, where we were intending to go becaise of Miami Open of Tennis.
    Cons: I was double charge and they did not help to refund one of the charges. It was a very bad experience and there was no support from them to solve the problem. I am still trying to find how to solve this problem with my bank.

    Pros: Renovated rooms, brand new mattresses, pillows, towels, sheets and more. nice breakfast, also renovated dining area, its small but you also can eat outside, near the pool or take to your room.

    I do not recommend it...

    Pros: Only the location
    Cons: Is totally different as the pictures. It smells musty and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was very bad. breakfast was not enough. There was only egg, sausage and vegetables and it wasn't enough. I couldn't eat the eggs because there weren't any when I got to breakfast at 8 am the first day and the next I couldn't eat waffles because the mixture had run out. No variety for food or coffee. As for the room, it leaves a lot to say, the well was covered, the television was not working and the staff was not trained.

    Disappointing

    My stay was not what...

    Pros: The mattress was nice. The staff came quickly when you called. Water temperature stayed hot. The location was good. Near food, Walmart and other chain stores. The property provided parking. There was no line to check in or check.
    Cons: Did not like that I had yo ask for wash cloth. Asked for the room to get clean and they didn’t. I had to ask for clean towels and for the trash to be emptied. While we were there the room above me started leaking in the bathroom near the toilet. I didn’t like the communication barrier. When assigned a room and entered that room there was sauce unopened under the desk from previous guest. I didn’t like that I couldn’t use my own media to watch tv. Or I didn’t have the choice to use my own Netflix account because the remote doesn’t allow it. Only a few buttons in the remote not the one that came with the TV even though it’s a smart TV made by VIZO.

    Wonderful

    Pros: Blackout curtains worked so well it looked like nobody was staying there. Good security with deadbolt and chain. Comfortable beds and pillows. New appliances, refrigerator, microwave. Loved the heat pump with a remote control to regulate ac. spacious
    Cons: Lobby needs updating. Breakfast stopped serving at 9:30. I was on vacation and did not get up in time.

    Pros: Nothing good, hotel on the main highway, not quite.
    Cons: When I booked this hotel I was told they provide free shuttle from/to the airport. But when I called the shuttle from the airport, they asked for $10/person. They said provide free breakfast, but was charged $5.6 for breakfast and room service.

    Very good

    Pros: Love the breakfast in the morning. 6am to 9am Enough time to joy after waking up. Great area and location for highway and to my main event,hard rock casino. Room was great, loved oh my God oh my god what did you get all of this from? Damn oh my God baby how big and spacious the room is.
    Cons: I didn’t like the jacuzzi was properly cleaned enough.

    Pros: The housekeeping staff were attentive to helping us with our bags and getting out of rain.
    Cons: Reservation desk staff was horrible service, over an hour wait, english was poor, gave us over 20 nickels as change, and did not know breakfast times or couldnt speak them in english. Room faced street very noisy. Door security chain broken.

    Pros: The staff was very nice. The room was clean.
    Cons: We had asked to be near the airport. We wasted about $40 on cab fare, because hotel was NOT near the airport. Wasted more on the room, because the quality was sub-standard for the price. Traffic noise all night. Property outdated and not well maintained.

    Pros: Beds were comfortable and clean
    Cons: WAY too loud and noisy street..not close to FLL airport or Cruisexships as advertised..had to prepay for shuttle services, then hotel ordered smallish SUV to take 4 of us to cruise ship with all of our luggage..TOO small..breakfast dirty and lacking,

    Wonderful

    Customer service was A1 Comfortable...

    Pros: I like that this property was clean. Customer service was A1 and they accepted my pet. Also I was able to get the late check out for about $10 an hour.
    Cons: I didn’t like that there was a little bit of mold behind the toilet and it was pretty expensive just for one night other than that everything was great
