    Pros: The location, appearance and staff were fantastic.
    Cons: The lack of air conditioning coupled with insects that were drawn to our light when window was open was not positive. We are from the Deep South in USA, so we are customer to heat. We use screens on windows and doors to keep insects out.

    Nice hotel but could be better

    Pros: The hotel is positioned in a great location overlooking Monte bianco. The SpA is great and the hotel restaurant is also really good. We loved breakfast and dinner with healthy local products.
    Cons: The elevators needs to be upgraded to something more modern as they are both really slow and bumpy. I also didn't like the fact that you only have access to the side you go out from. Our room was too small with no space for the luggage and also needs and overall refurbishment. I also didn't like the sun beds lacking a support for your head, making it uncomfortable for long time use / reading.

    An oasis in the mountains with a luxurios spa and the most amazing breakfast I have ever had!

    Pros: The spa was excellent, the room was clean and crisp. all the ammenedies were a surprise and a plus! We were so close to everything and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was the all time best part of the entire stay!
    Cons: Honestly, the fact that getting a taxi to Courmayeur was impossible was the only negative aspect of the entire trip. I wish you had a taxi on call for something like that. we waited about 30min before they told us that they couldnt find a taxi.

    GORGEOUS

    Pros: Extraordinarily place. Staff is super kind and relaxed , the mood is super positive, it's a high quality hotel but it's not pretentious nor snob. Really, staff is really great, great mood. The structure is great as well, full of wood, great parfume. Breakfast OMG gorgeous. Spa OMG OMG :) We will be back, we spent there 3 days truly truly relaxing

    nice hotel even if the rooms need some renovations,amazing spa

    Pros: the spa/termes is incredible, really one of the best I have seen.
    Cons: the rooms and specially the bathrooms are old, with a shower in a bath which is not really up to date and not practical at all. but it is really clean

    Excellent mountain spa hotel near to the skiing area.

    Pros: Excellent (more then excellent) breakfast at the QC Terme - overnight guests have access to breakfast and inclusive access to the spa which is amazing with multiple relaxing rooms and large indoor and outdoor hot tub (it does get crowded with external day guests but nothing too bad)
    Cons: Not enough loungers by the hot tub area and the spa can get crowded with external day guests - they should limit / control the numbers during peak hours of the day.

    Nice place by Courmayeur

    Pros: Breakfast very nice with various selection and friendly staff. Pool area nice and clean a bit crowed during afternoon with walk in guests. Staff from reception to the restaurant very kind and super helpful. Dinner was really good (stinco was super) , good selection of wines and desert.
    Cons: Rooms quite noise (in general) been able to listen people walking on next room. No parking (parking available by street). Maintenance was not so prompt/efficient, Nespresso machine on our 2 rooms was not working (fix after 2 complaints or 2 days to fix ), bath tube with drain clogged and not fixed until we left. Dinner menu with no other options on menu, could have options by day and a fix menu
