A very relaxing an elegant place to stay if you are looking for a hotel close to the airport. Worth it if you have time

Pros: The hotel is close to the airport but very different from your usual airport hotel - its an old beautiful farm (villa) thats been converted to a wellness spa. There are steam baths, showers, outdoor jacuzzis and pools. Very elegant, yet a ten minute shuttle ride from the airport.

Cons: If you luck out with your booking its quite expensive and if you dont have time to use the spa facilities the price is hardly worth it. Youre also slightly trapped if you dont have a car. Their restaurant is no doubt good, but its pricey and theres nothing easily gotten to outside.

Pros: It was an impressive property. Great upkeep and maintenance. The amount of pools was very nice. The grounds are very big. You offer many unique opportunities and moments. Loved the restaurant and the fireplace. My room was small but great, it was hard to leave. All property covered in beautiful stone work. Lovely architecture. Loved the outdoor saunas with windows. So cool. The swing room was great and the projection with music was cool (maybe an advice to diversify the projection- as you have cool equipment but the projection content could be more exciting cos the idea and the effects are great). Basement spa area was pretty. Would have been nice to have a hot tub/pool. Most of the pools were warm and comfortable. Wellness Farm is a good name. Dinner was great. Loved the fireplace and the fire. That was epic. Breakfast was fantastic too. Beautiful variety and the display. Staff was great. Shuttle service was on time. I have to say, it was hard to leave. Next time for my vacation I should come straight there as this was my flight connecting stop and an accidental find. I liked the fire burning tent too. Little cold for my taste but maybe it is important not to burn the place down. Saunas were good. Some hotter than others so that variety was nice.

Cons: We love a great customer service but I also felt at the reception it was a lot of service. Maybe I was tiered and ready to relax. I think if you offered a few warmer hot tubs that would have been great. The swing room would have been more comfortable if it was warmer. I thought a good solution for that could be heated floors. That would have been heaven. Steam rooms were look warm. Could have been little warmer, especially with people coming in and out - which allowed the heat to escape too much.

I loved every minute of my 12 hours there!!!

Pros: Wow! What a mind blowing experience. We stayed here because we landed in Rome at 3 and left the next morning at 4:00 to catch a flight. This was so much more than I dreamed of when booking. The grounds are like an old Italian villa with MANY different pools, at least 12 hottubs and Jacuzzis. Everyone is in bathrobes experiencing the spa outdoors. IT was perfect for us right before our 13 hour multi flight home. I would recommend for the weary traveler and anyone looking for a spa experience. I would say it was my husband's first time at a place like this and it took him a bit to get comfortable. The free happy hour in which everyone MUST be in a bathrobe was a little off putting to him but eventually helped him relax. and unwind. I,.myself loved everything about this super charming property.

Cons: Dinner on site is pricey and limited but my husband discovered a great sparkling beer there. He had the quail and I the legume soup all was good but very small portions.

Pros: This place is paradise not only the spa itself, but also the hotel. Such a beautiful building with every detail inside well thought and unique. Very pleasant stay

Cons: Spa does get a little crowded, not in the very morning though. The restaurant on site is decent but it is very expensive and not so many options. If you stay for several nights it could be worth it to take an Uber to Fuimicino and search there

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional and staff were fantastic. Porters on arrival and reception were great. Room was fantastic. Venue is beautiful and resort concept is great. There are some negatives see below. Apart from the below everything was great but the below spoil the stay somewhat,.

Cons: There are two issues at this venue. 1. For guests at the hotel, there should be some private areas in the resort both indoor and outdoor so you are not mixing with the day guests, of which there are a lot. Finding spa in the thermal pools was not easy as it was so busy, which considering what you are paying as premium guests was a little annoying. No one informed us of any such private areas for guests only and even the Happy Hour area, seemed to be full of day guests not just hotel guests which is frustrating as it is a lovely touch for the hotel guests. 2. Unbelievably the restaurant in the even was way below par for what should be expected at this type of resort and value 5*. The food was not bad, but considering the premium rate for the food the service was unexpectedly poor in terms of friendliness, attention to detail, location of tables within 40cm from each other, exclusiveness etc. It felt like a common hotel restaurant and not special at all considering we had booked this for a special occassion and I had requested a premium table before we came, no one knew about this. In contrast the Breakfast staff were amazing and breakfast room and offer was more than superb. The evening restaurant needs some serious improvement in terms of staff, placing of tables, attention to detail and the true Italian experience. E.g On a small table for 2 the wine does not fit on the table it should be on a separate stand, but there was no room for it? Disappointing touches that are not expected at this type of property frankly.

Pros: Great breakfast and excellent grounds. Lovely fireplaces and exceptional stonework throughout.

Cons: Staff welcome was shockingly bad so we got off to a bad start. Told that my wife's ID needed to be in paper form not digital. Told if it cannot be supplied in paper form after we had settled into the room (it needed to be picked up now), so had to go immediately to find else we would not be admitted. Officious and unfriendly. The sauna, steam bath and pools were largely luke-warm so no feeling of quality it felt more like a theme park of mediocrity. The aperitivo should be given a miss.

Great experience close to Fiumicino airport

Pros: The hotel is located close to Rome Fiumicino airport in an idyllic location, though remote. The garden and the property landscape is just wow. Staff was very polite and we were satisfied with the all the interactions we had with them. Property buildings are classic(I would say even vintage) and they give you a feeling of being teleported back in time. Breakfast was delicious and also the dinner. The breakfast area and the restaurant for lunch and dinner are impressive. Though some reviews state that the dinner options are not too many and are expensive and though it is true, please note that the concept behind is fine dinning so this is being delivered.

Cons: We didn't try the spa. Though impressive there are some minuses with the spa, but none to discount too much the overall hotel score. The biggest minus: very crowded, the only option to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities is early in the morning for a couple of hours. Also there is a small minus with the location that we were unaware of. Being remote, it is very hard to use public transportation for non Italians. Though there is a public bus station right on the outskirts of the property, it is close to impossible to jump into the right bus, even using the technology(aka your mobile phone) cause the buses have no numbers, but only the route shown and their display. So you never now where you may end up. A big advice: use either UBER(very expensive) or your car. Also there are no sidewalks for one to be able to leave the premises while walking.
