Great location, comfortable bed, good facilities, lukewarm shower.

Pros: Great location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. There was nice amenities provided, like T2 teas and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable, and although it's very close to a busy intersection I didn't notice any traffic noise.

Cons: The water in the shower was not as hot as I would like it. It wasn't cold, but wasn't really hot either. One of the forks provided was dirty. The office chair only just fitted between the desk and the bed, and was a little difficult to use. I needed to pay extra for parking.

Told whilst we were out for dinner room would be changed so got back to find our swipe card didnt work after being told they had been re coded. Had to call late to get in. Disaster. Room so noisy never slept.

I loved the staying at Punt hill, friendly staff, clean rooms, ideal location.

Pros: The Staff is super friendly and very helpful to make my stay comfortable Location was Ideal as Chadstone is very closely and so is Oakleigh where you have great spots to dine and shop. if you don't want to spent a lot and want to have a comfortable space this apartment would be ideal, they have laundry in rooms and the cleaning staff does a good job in making up your room.

Cons: Ac was not serviced for quite sometime, when I turn on the Aircon for cooling there was black dust blown out. It was not cleaned for ages probably. But the staff took immediate action and got AC professional to clean it.

Pros: Located on a high floor we got amazing views! Small bedrooms but comfy beds. The location was great, wonderful restaurants nearby.

Cons: Finding the property was a little difficult and reception isn't signposted, we found it on level three after making a few phone calls.
