Pros: The event that was hosted there

Cons: I never ever have left a bad review before, but I have stayed in a 3 star motel while travelling that were cleaner than this. The room had food on the curtains, stains on the carpet, lipstick marks on glass, the coffee cups stunk of milk, my view was of another rooftop with rubbish on top. Cracks on tiles, stains on furniture… no basic usual 5 star amenities like toothpaste, complimentary water or even a comb. The staff wait times were long (waited half an hour to be seated for breakfast and 10 minutes average for a coffee), the restaurant dinner was definitely not 5 star quality… would have rather spent a bit more and stayed elsewhere, if not for the event in the building.

Cons: My son was cut badly in the pool by the broken rail, the room had dirty shavers and tissues in it and dusty. Not how it’s advertised and over priced for what it’s worth.

Cons: The room was old out dated, the air-conditioning was horrible I had to ask for a fan. The room and hotel were dirty and not vacumed.

Cons: During this stay there was multiple issues that I am extremely unsatisfied with. When arriving, there was an hour wait to check in due. No apology for delay. The staff member we were dealing with was rude. Then during the second night stay as I was making my bed, I found bugs I did not recognise what they were and I put one in a container and took it to the front desk. With this, the two staff at the front desk were not taking me seriously regarding my concern and made a sarcastic comment. I asked if I can speak to the manager they advised they will inform them. As we went out for dinner, I was concerned about the seriousness surrounding the bugs so I attempted to contact their landline a total of 10 times in 2 hours, even calling another Pullman hotel in a nearby suburb to get a hold of them, they answered and attempted to transfer me through to the Albert Park Pullman Hotel in which the same thing happened the landline rung out. When I got back to the hotel approaching the front desk, I raised a follow up and the staff at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. Another 10 minutes found out and eventually was advised of the earlier conversation, the staff member clarified that the manager was not informed of my findings of the bugs. I stated about how nothing was done about the room and they offered to swap over the bedding. 45 minutes later we could arrive to the bedding being changed. During the entire stay when either of us were using the shower with no other running water, the shower would continually change temperatures from hot to cold with no touching of the shower tap. This was very frustrating when trying to maintain a level to have an appropriate shower. Also being how hot the weather was during our stay the air conditioner barely worked, this made a very uncomfortable stay in which we ended up purchasing a fan to get through the nights.

Cons: Room service...ordered a coffee for 7.30am and 7.50 still hadn't received it, took my complaining to finally receive it. We had to be out of the room at 7.50 for a convention...never thought we'd encounter such a delay as it was pre ordered the evening prior Beds not comfortable but I prefer soft, they were really way too hard.

Pros: The room was clean and well presented. Staff were helpful as I had 2 bookings for 1 stay.

Cons: Only feedback was that 2nd nights room services food came with out food covers and food was cold but there was a massive day for a conference and knew the staff were under the pump, so we let it go.
