We would stay again as...

Pros: The property was stunning inside and out ! When you walked in you felt like you were abroad, as the atmosphere was so relaxing. The room was spotless and comfortable. Location was central and just what we needed. I was so excited we got the pink sink room! It’s made me want to redecorate our whole house, just stunning decor!

Cons: There was a very irritating tapping noise when me and my partner tried to sleep. My partner had to put headphones in and eventually after tossing and turning myself, I too had to use headphones. We are used to some noise as we live on a busy street, but the constant tapping/dripping drove us insane. Staff whew polite but not overly welcoming, almost felt like you unconvinced them checking in.

Cons: Stupidly loud music from a wedding downstairs until could be heard on the 3rd floor. Despite asking reception when it would finish and being told music would stop at midnight it was still on until we had to ask again at 12:45am. Very disappointing

Cons: Was given a disabled room but meant that there was no seat to work at the desk . The remote for the tv had run out of batteries, and the kettle didn’t cut off when boiled. When I asked to change the room the reception said you were lucky to get a room on a busy Saturday night in Manchester
