    Pros: The Manager who in there was very cruel,He don't know how to talk to customer.
    Cons: While feeding my baby, he tore a wall decoration on the wall with his hand, for which he asked me to pay a fine of 1000THB, but he did not allow me to stick it even though it could have been easily fixed.

    Just book it! Centralised

    Pros: This is our 3rd visit to prince palace, the hotel rooms and appearance hasnt changed since we first visited in 2015, the breakfast buffet has improved and the in-house gym and services are a little better! Do yourself a favour and download the Bolt app for taxis! there are taxis and tuk tuks outside but they overcharge! Using bolt ie easy and even tipping the driver with bolt its cheaper than what the ones outside offer
    Cons: The lack of power points in the room
