Disappointing

It was fine.

Pros: The location was great and the hotel was clean.

Cons: Breakfast was uncooked and times were terrible. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The rooftop pool was the size of a baby pool, staff needs additional training and smile on occasion. Sheets were too thin on bed, we went out and bought our own cover. Room was only cleaned 1 during our 5 days because we caught the cleaning lady outside our door.

Nice rooms with very comfortable...

Pros: Rooms were somewhat renovated. Rooftop pool was great with lots of loungers. Lobby was really nice and had that wonderful Miami hotel smell. Front patio was a great spot to people watch.

Cons: Our floors were really dirty (made our socks black) I asked about having them washed but don’t think it was done.

Cons: Had to keep getting room key reset everyday. The only access to our room was elevator. Everyone had a problem with operating elevator. Bartender was grumpy and absent most times. Please replace penguins on the terrace at Penquin hotel Squeaky fan in air-conditioned. Had to use earplugs.

Pros: have stayed previously and enjoyed my stay, so I didn't hesitate to book again. was once again happy with my stay. staff is great, free breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel, free welcome cocktail is such a nice touch (and they're excellent cocktails). rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. location is top notch, walk anywhere you want to see in south beach.

Cons: no complaints! will stay again next time I'm in the area.

Cons: it was rundown. The room was nice and clean The Bed was comfortable. ACdidnt work when we arrived had to call front desk someone came right away. It shut off in the middle of the night my husband got it going again but room was too warm

Pros: Served with welcome drink. Although it wasn’t that great. Decent place on a busy road, however it was quite in the night. So, we were not bothered by the traffic sound.

Cons: Breakfast was not great. Although there was some good options but most of it could be avoided if you are really concerned for a healthy morning breakfast. The washroom door is a sliding one and could not be closed fully which is quiet annoying.
