    Pros: Location - easy to find, close to the beach and sufficient parking. Closely located to the surf club to be able to walk to for dinner and food was great there. Local ammenities such as a chemist and supermarket located at the bottom of the apartments is super handy :)
    Cons: The balcony looking over a busy road which I appreciate can't be helped, is so noisy that it is unpleasant to sit outside would have been good to know of this prior. The pool area is open till 8pm however there is no lighting around the pool or inside the pool so it doesn't feel conducive to use after 6pm because you can't see anything. We did look for pool lights in case this was provided and were not able to locate and no signage. The bathroom in terms of cleanliness was poor particlarly around the edging of the shower screen and under the sink.

    Location that's it

    Pros: I stay here often for the location. This time bringing my friends. It cost us a lot of money to stay and I just can not get over how unclean it is, this time i actually brought socks to wear before bed to keep my feet clean which is crazy. Also the man that works in the office is so rude, I was shocked my friends were called at 10.15am asking them to hurry up and leave (toddlers screaming in the background) they were trying their best to get their stuff and kids and carry everything down 6 flights of stairs.
    Cons: Black floors, gives you black dirty feet. Rude staff, hair and bugs on bed, facial hair on sink in bathroom, dirty shower. These places need a good bond clean. It's not a once off, I've been here up to 6 times and it's the same. It's not cheap to stay either and their long list of demands in their "welcome letter" is laughable.

    Really comfortable stay, perfect location

    Pros: The location was amazing, the pool was great and the closeness to shops was so good.
    Cons: The unit itself wasn't the cleanest. Didn't seem like it had been fully cleaned. However the beds were fresh and well made. It was just the floor and the couches were a bit dirty. We still really enjoyed the room though.

    Spacious, well appointed and close to beach and cafes.

    Pros: The separate bedroom and spacious lounge area, also the balcony overlooking a lovely tropical garden. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we might need.
    Cons: The people in the unit below us were smokers and of course the smoke would drift up to us. I understand that unit was privately owned so out of the control of management.

    Despite the negatives we would stay again and recommend to others.

    Pros: Direct access to a very nice beach straight across the road. All the local shops and takeaways you need just downstairs. Quiet and spacious rooms, no road noise.
    Cons: We had trouble checking in, the locked box wasn't working, and no one answered the intercom service, had to phone the manager and wait for someone to come; an extra 30 minutes after a long trip. The coffee cups had been put away dirty, makes one wonder what else the cleaners weren't checking. Then on check out day the cleaners just let themselves into the room before we had left.
