    Luxurious experience in Portals!

    Pros: I have been beyond satisfied by the service and mostly the kind approach of Marianne, who took care of all my requests before and during my stay. The hotel was so beautiful, with a luxurious ambience. The delicious breakfast provided a irriplaceable view from the terrace.

    Pros: This is a fabulous hotel, the rooms and service are outstanding. The staff are the best staff I have ever come across in a hotel,they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. We stayed here for our Honeymoon and we couldnt of chose anywhere better. The breakfast is also fabulous on a beautiful terrace. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect

    Excellent stay and service as good as always

    Pros: Stayed many times before so felt comfortable immediately. Location great and service excellent too
    Cons: Only issue for us was the duvets. We would really prefer a double duvet and Im Sure if we had asked they would have sorted but not too much of a problem
