    Pros: I liked the spa and the pools. Franshisco the driver has great potential and together with Franshisco in the reception they tried to make our stay be remarkable The massage
    Cons: Where to start? From the beginning finding the entrance was a hassle and calling the lobby did not help as no one spoke English really the 2 guys speaking English did try to make our stay pleasant. But to much Litle thing where not okay in order to rate yourself a top-hotel and charge 250/night and more even The lodges need maintenance, especially the decks, the curtains let light in as they are broken The breakfast was okay, but knowing we roughly spend 1.000 for 3 nights I should not be cleaning my own table in the restaurant, nor should I be putting forks, knife and napkins on that same table Some staff members clearly dont like theyre job which is sad of course for guests Then the Spa, great spa, but charging 10% of the cost of a night stay incl breakfast, just to sit in 2 jacuzzis and swim in a heated pool, for 1 hour is a bit outrages if u ask me The massage tho was great! Worth the money!

    Beautiful setting, great service and amenities, some issues with noise.

    Pros: Beautiful lodge on the lake. The restaurant was incredible. Bed was comfortable and the amenities of the room were well appointed. The staff were quite friendly and eager to support our stay.
    Cons: There was a night club also located on the same lake and the noise at night was a bit bothersome in our lodge. The night club closed around 1, which I think is early for European standards, but we were there for rest - so it wasnt ideal.

    Pros: Clean room, daily room cleaning. Nice tranquil environment.
    Cons: Hotel is quite "isolated". So it's impossible to get to the city if you don't have your own car. Hotel offers transportation from the airport or train station. However transportation from the Hotel to the train station is not available. We were explained that Hotel doesn't provide this service even for extra charge. Also it appeared difficult to access the hotel's territory: reception didn't open the gate when we arrived and called via intercom. To be able to get inside we spent quite a while trying to reach to them by the phone.

    La Plana Lakeside Camping

    Pros: The maitre 'd was excellent. Good wine knowledge, friendly, and attentive. Giovanni was quick to assist with bicycles and canoes. Daniele really hustled at breakfast. The beautiful lake gave us hours of joy. We saw a beaver! We will definitely come again.
    Cons: People coming on our deck without an invitation. Our lake cabin (65) needs a little tender loving care (floor boards and leveling).

    Room unmade. Terrible location.

    Pros: Great lakeside cabin. The pool and hot tub on the lake are great
    Cons: They tried to charge me 500 for spa treatments I didnt have as I left. Also, If you need to leave, the surrounding area is horrible. Its like stepping into a warzone. The beaches are disgusting and full of trash. Fine if you want to stay by a lake but, with such a sad restaurant on site, youll probably want to leave and will find it an unpleasant experience. Oh and my room wasnt made up when I arrived. I wont be coming back.
