I honestly was upset paying...

Pros: The beds were comfortable!

Cons: The floors and carpet definitely were not vacuumed. There was hairs in the shower like it hadn’t even been cleaned. A patched hole in the wall. The room was so hot. We called and they gave us a new room, floors still weren’t very clean and hair was in that shower also, but we were so tired and came in with our babies we were ready to go to bed.

Comfy and quite room/location.

Pros: I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room.

Cons: The breakfast was not great. You had to heat/cook everything. There was no meat. Pool/hot tub area was nasty to include the water. There is no clean up from the pool to the elevators with water all over the floor and in the elevator.

Great place for the price...

Pros: The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was large and the food wasn't bad. Wish they would have had it already heated everything was frozen or cold and they had you use the microwave to heat your own. Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs instead of a frozen egg patty. The bagels went fast and the plain ran out. They did have French toast which my son loved. Would have been nice to have a meat of some kind or even some fresh fruit. Overall wasn't had and was at least as good as other hotels usually offer. The game room was nice but small and only had a couple games but better than nothing. The pool was nice for the kids, very hot in the pool room I had to keep going outside and the water was cloudy but not to bad. Overall was a nice place and we would stay here again. The location was nice and not far from most of what we wanted to do and the baseball card shop we wanted to go to was right around the corner, wish we had known there was construction goong on right outside our balcony but it didn't cause to much of an issue more of an eye sore than anything. We liked our stay and for the value it was good, we will definitely stay here again

Cons: Beds are a little to firm for my liking but we're clean and the blanket was comfy Breakfast could have been a little better but overall what you would expect.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and quiet, balcony view of the ferris wheel, heated pool, and hot tub was clean.

Great place to stay

Pros: Family oriented. Very clean. Welcoming staff always feels like I'm coming home when I stay at Park Grove. Very accommodating. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. Location is ideal to many attractions, local grocery stores, and all in walkable distances.

Pros: Friendliness of staff.

Cons: Breakfast setup. The biscuits, eggs and toast strips had to be heated in microwave. Entering food bar from hall in this order, plates, silverware, napkins. Then juice, muffins, bread. Then biscuits Then microwave. Guests had to wait in line while each guest heated food in microwave. This was inconvenient. You should invest in electric containers that will keep eggs and biscuits warm, you would just have to choose and go. To heat food it was 15 seconds for each item.
