Very Good

Lovely stay. The improvements really make a difference! Keep it up!

Pros: There have been many improvements since last October when we were here. The new play area is great, as is the change in menu and the upgrades to the beach bar. The staff are also lovely: particular mention must go to Aziz who did everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The yoga studio is wonderful and Karsten is excellent.

Cons: The gym could do with an upgrade. Abdullah is lovely as always but new equipment would help him. The pillows are not good!! Please upgrade them!! The animals roaming around are better than last year but sometimes it can get a bit much!

Pros: Good vibes, great yoga, spacious rooms, the spa, excellent for families not too big and everybody can have his moment of fun! We loved it!

Cons: The beach restaurant 100m further could give a course to this hotel on how to manage a restaurant. A lack of organisation that leads to unnecessary frustrations. They staff means it well but are not trained properly.

Pros: The premium suit is incredible with a short access to the beach. The staff is so kind and helpful. Bonus was I was upgraded so thanks a looot. The breakfast is excellent.

Pros: Everything. I would go back in the morning. I was dreamy for the warm welcome on arrival to the picture perfect views the amenities on offer. The food was great. All the staff were soo pleasant. The surf school instructors were amazing. Would highly recommend. View of a morrocan sunset every evening absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was brillant spread so munch choice.

Cons: Was a shame the shop wasnt open but thats not that big of a deal

Pros: I can only recommend this place, I absolutely loved it! The rooms are so big, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxing.. I especially liked the restaurant down by the surf house and the bonfires they have in the evenings, it was great for connecting with the other guests. But most of all, all the staff were so kind and really going out of their way to make the guests comfortable and feel at home.. I am definitely coming back. Thank you so much!!

Cons: I was really excited about this place before coming. We heard from friends who had stayed before that it was a good experience, but that was before COVID. Seems it has gone downhill since because this was not at all a 5 star hotel experience. Some details: - our room is by a trash dump and the wastewater treatment, so there is a sewage smell. - no real top sheets and there were stains on the sheets and walls - My (Moroccan) partner got food poisoning the first night. - the food is extremely expensive for not great quality... And don't forget the food poisoning. - some of the staff are really great ! I want to highlight that some people were extremely friendly and others not so much - the hammam we did was a great experience overall. - surfing was good overall too, but it's a bit crowded - tea kettle had stagnant water since before our arrival and dishes and cabinets are not that clean - the toilet paper : you'll get better quality at the service stop stations along the way... Which is unfortunate because you will need good toilet paper during your food poisoning For 7 nights we paid over 1600 euros. Food poisoning (we weren't the only ones) is unacceptable but if it had been cheaper and not rated 5 stars, our expectations would not have been as high. Luckily we had a car because there is nothing around this location.

Really nice place but service and client safety can step up.

Pros: Beautiful resort and nice facilities such as surf house, yoga studio and great spa. We also loved our suite.

Cons: The staff was not very service oriented, a lot of misunderstanding for simple things such as bringing one bottle of water instead of two, delivering the wrong plate at the dinner or delivering all the plates at the same time (starter, main course, dessert). Sometimes it feels like they are not listening and yes answering ok. Another huge thing was that there are many cats at the hotel and some of them with rabies which becomes very dangerous when they are around you and your food during all the meals.

Pros: First class staff, very good facilities and extremely clean. Complex restaurants were also very good.

Cons: Quality of the gym equipment could be better especially the exercise bike which was very poor for such a resort. Also we were there during the earthquake and it was clear that there was no defined procedure as the staff didn't know what to do - not really a criticism given how often such events occur but defo worth putting something in place so guests are left wondering what to do.

Pros: Breakfast met expectations with a good selection on offer. The beach was clean and the room was superb in every respect, spacious, light and airy. With great views of the sea.

Peaceful refreshing stay, great suite, kind Staff and a hint of wilderness.

Pros: Great stay, calm, peaceful and spotless. A luxury hotel with a hint of wildlife. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as we did. The staff is helpful, kind and you don't notice them giving the great work they do to keep up the place.The bonfire at the night is a great place to rewind after a long sunny day between enjoying surfing the ocean and relaxing at the pool.

Cons: The jacuzzi is a bit outdated, needs more attention and cleaning even renovation.
