Pros: Nice sized rooms, clean, very good location and the bed was so comfortable! Cleaners came when you asked them to and can ask for as many towels needed during stay.

Good location for exploring downtown...

Pros: Excellent location for visiting the Eaton centre and Nathan Phillip square. Right in the city centre and close to the train station. Excellent places to eat and drink in the area. Spacious rooms. Front desk staff were excellent, especially when accommodating us for another night.

Cons: The area is a little rough around the hotel, but too be expected for being in the centre. Some of the rooms are actually residential as were rented out during COVID but not turned back into hotel rooms- so a little strange, however we had no issues with any of the neighbours and was actually very quiet despite the location. We ate at the restaurant on the ground floor and the food was not great, so we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Pros: I've been to Pantages before. Love the location, the room, the gym...

Cons: This time, the room was not super clean. There was hair on the shelves, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, conditioner was empty in the shower. Felt as thoughthe cleanong staffed half-assed the room. Made me question the cleanliness of the couch and bed... Not sure I'm going to book there next month...

Pros: Fantastic location, very friendly staff, main public areas and hallways of the hotel were nice and clean. Room was spacious, lots of closet space and the bed was comfy. Franny’s restaurant right beside the hotel had a great menu selection and we enjoyed our dinner there before heading to a show at Massey Hall which was just around the corner from the hotel.

Cons: The carpet in our room very stained with what looked like mud marks on it and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed in between guests. We did ask the maid who was a few doors down if she could come and vacuum the carpet which she did right away and even tried to get some of the stains out but said it needed shampooing and would let management know. The photo of the room showed a little table and chairs by the big window ours did not have that, we only had one small chair so one of us had to sit on the bed all the time, which was fine except when we were eating.
