    Pros: - fantastic location - the hotel is located near the shopping district, 5 minutes on foot from the cathedral and the Sforza castle. - the cosiness, great boutique style. - variety od food during the breakfast. - nice, helpful staff. - my room was clean, although some furniture is obviously a little bit dated - it adds something to the hotel's charm, though. - comfortable matress (not too soft).
    Cons: - there's a glass transparent door to the en suite bathroom that shows and allows you to hear (absolutely zero soundproofing!) everything that happens in the bathroom. If you travel with your spouse - I get that the possibility of a joint shower may be enjoyable to some, but still - using the toilet should guarantee some privacy that is not given. If you're travelling with distant family or a collegue - suuuuper awkward to allow your roommate to maintain some privacy.

    Not good, wont come back. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

    Pros: The location
    Cons: Very loud noise in the room on the 4th floor. The staff said it was due air conditioning of the whole building set on the floor above. They didnt fix it. I believe its always like that. They just dont care. The design is quite weird. Toilet is in a separate room and shower cabin is in front of the bed in the main room which is very inconvenient. There are no hooks to hang up towels or a bathrobe near the shower. All drinks in the fridge incl. water are not free. Elevator is super tiny. Options at breakfast are quite limited.

    Cons: The elevator is too small. The breakfast is very late. Usually guests have to leave early when joining day tours. We missed most of our breakfasts.

    Very cool and well located hotel. Smart and helpful staff and lots of nice touches made this a perfect spot for our last

    Pros: Great location. Attentive staff with good English. The daily happy hour with snacks is a nice touch. Rooms are very hip and have what international travelers need. GREAT BATHROOMS!
    Cons: Rough wood floor must be difficult to keep clean. Construction across the street made the view disappointing.

    Expensive hotel.

    Pros: The location was good and the room was good size.
    Cons: I was expecting a real hotel for almost 500 eur/night we paid. It was a building with apartments (small ones) so it didnt give the impression of being in a hotel. Service was very little, and no light in the room.

    We felt like special guests in the hotel. A wonderful experience which enhanced our Milanese holiday

    Pros: A superb boutique hotel in an amazing location in Milan city centre, close and accessible to everything. Staff very friendly, helpful. The hotel amenity unique in style . The happy hour delicious treats provided were great .
    Cons: We were disappointed that we did not received complimentary bottled water, particularly given cost of accommodation. Complimentary first coffee or tea with breakfast would be welcomed.
