    Good location to stay

    Pros: I like the location, it's main street and everything is nearby. Most importantly the lake is 7 min away. Also you could get different treatments like massages, mud and more
    Cons: I was surprised that the air-conditioning system was off. They said it's already cold but in the room some days it was really warm.

    I do not recommend. Reception staff treat guests terribly.

    Cons: I am very disappointed with the level of reception service. The gentleman working the evening shift on the day of my arrival was very rude and unhelpful. He tried to ridicule and humiliate me. Such people should not work in customer service. The way the receptionist treated me affected the entire stay. Outrageous behavior!

    Nice hotel with very good location

    Pros: Very good location near by the thermal lake, spacious room, clean and quite with a balcony. The beds were very good. The breakfast buffet had various selections. We stayed only one night and have not tried the spa. We enjoyed our stay.

    Pros: This location is absolutely perfect. We travelled from Budapest, bus station is 10mins. The lake is 5 minutes, and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is circa 1980s, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and have excellent value for money. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety and is plentiful. The indoor pool is fabulous. People were in the lobby lounging on the couches or on the patio drinking. Great vibe
    Cons: Throughout Hungary, air conditioning is not to Australian standards. Sometimes, it was just a little warmer than l liked. Perfect for my husband
