Good

Pros: The location was fantastic. Very central and meant we only had to walk to places barely needed taxis or the LRT/monorail. The room was also massive!

Cons: We were placed on a smoking floor which was disappointing. And the room wasn't the cleanliness that I wanted.

Pros: The front office services were good.

Cons: The house-keeping needs attention ... Especially the bathroom fittings needs to be checked before the rooms are assigned to the Guests.

Cons: Noisy air conditioning, not repaired after reporting, also I requested that the window be unlocked to let the air in - was not actioned

Wonderful

I liked the hotel for the location and their free shuttle to the KL Tower. The staff was very polite and helpful!

Pros: The location to the KL Tower and On & Off Bus.

Cons: The hotel room service - the food was horrible.

Good

I would recommend this hotel. It is suitably located in Kuala Lumpur.

Pros: The check in staff were very nice and helpful. We also liked our daily breakfast in the 23 floor.

Cons: I did not like the smell of sewer from the drains in the bathroom. It must be a error on how they connect the sewer as I have never experienced this before. The business suite needs more computers.

Exceptional

This hotel is a great option and the rooms are nice and spacious. I don't think you can find another hotel of this quality at this price this close to the Petronas Towers. The hotel staff are very, very helpful. The fitness center is very complete and the rooftop pool is nice. The pool is a bit weird later on in the day b/c it's surrounded by the rooftop bar so you have a bit of an audience as you swim. Overall, I would highly recommend Pacific Regency Hotel.

Pros: Executive suite was very spacious and hotel staff we extremely helpful.

Cons: Bathtub had been stained and therefore our baths looked like they were dirty.
