Pros: The room was clean and I was lucky as I was sharing it with only one other girl. The staff is extremely kind and always there to help. Also the free drink is a nice addition. There were construction is front of my room but the noise insulation is good so I didn't hear a thing (I didn't use the earplugs which they gave me)

Pros: I liked the very clean bed sheets. I liked the staff. Nice atmosphere at the bar in the evening.

Cons: I stayed in room 116 sharing it with other 3 nice ladies. I did not like the fact that I could not choose my bed while they were sold at the same price per night. The position of the room was next to a construction site so very early in the morning there was a lot of noise with no chance to rest. Also, I was expecting a storage somewhere else but not under the beds. It was very unpleasant for me and for the others with all the noise made each and every time we had to open the lockers. Also, I was expecting the bathroom to be clean. There is a big problem with the mold and limescale that I had to buy additional disinfectant to clean it myself once again. Not to mention that the bathroom door still needs to be fixed otherwise you get locked on the inside. There was a feedback on your Goki app about the exact same issue, from several months ago. On the website it was mentioned that towels and many other were included in the price but I had to pay for them. The cleanliness of the kitchen was also low but the fact you could find lots of things made available to eat/ cook (although I didn't) compensated. But this is maybe just me having more expectations from one of the best rated hostels in Milan. It would also be great if you updated the pictures on the websites with more real and recent ones. Lots of things are no longer new and would require either to be changed or get fixed/ cleaned. With all these, nevertheless, the staff was nice and made their best to make me feel good. It was my first and most likely my last hostel experience.

Super fun place to stay and comfortable accommodations.

Pros: Booked this last min as our Flight was canceled and turned out to be quite a lovely stay. The staff was excellent and all went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Great location next to the train station, has a really fun enjoyable vibe and fun crowd staying there. Security was good and lovely place to stay. More geared toward a younger crowd older couples would probably not enjoy staying here, but we loved it!

Cons: Elevator was quite small but we made it work, we would just have to go one person at a time but it worked fine.

Pros: We had a great stay! We only stayed overnight as we were travelling the next day, but the staff were so friendly and had lots of facilities available. Great karaoke night, free water refills, recommendations for dinner it was fab

Cons: You are right next to the train station so can feel a bit scary at night but the 24/7 reception staff made it feel a lot more secure

I would love to stay here if I visit Milano again

Pros: The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

Great improvement - go for the single economy room!

Pros: The single room (economy) with a single bed was a much better option than the double-bed room I had before. The latter was not up to par at all. Much more convenient and comfortable this time. The bed and shower were also much more accessible. The location remained a great drawcard!

Cons: This time around I did not have any issues with the room itself, the elevator could use some maintenance as the alarm keeps going off randomly when there is no-one inside on Level 3 and 4. The double-bed economy rooms need to be updated to reflect the same level as the single-bed rooms - they are miles apart in terms of comfort and this really does need to be addressed.

More attention to detail in single rooms would make a world of difference for solo travellers!

Pros: Great location next door to Milan Central Train station. The metro line to the CBD of Milan was also close by. The washer and drier came in handy in the middle of the winter.

Cons: - The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. - The bedding did not appear to be properly cleaned. - The shower was also very cramped. - Varying water tempratures in the middle of the nights. - I did not find the app and the constant reminders very "relaxing". - Various things need to be fixed around the room - some power sockets did not work, double bed springs were loose underneath the bed, and the metal shower was not mounted to the wall, so it constantly fell off.
