    Cons: hello, we booked a hotel to visit the spa, upon check-in we were told that the spa was booked for the whole day and the spa visit was not included in the price (considering that we took one of the most expensive rooms). We, of course, wanted to cancel the reservation, since the spa was one of the reasons for staying at the hotel, at that very second they magically found a time for us at 16:00... we were delighted and stayed at the hotel. What surprised us the most was when we checked out they charged us for slippers in the spa... which was very funny! We will probably not stay at this hotel again.

    Great Hotel in The Center of Olbia.

    Pros: I stayed at this hotel for a little over one week. Honestly, for the price, I thought it was great value. The rooms are large and well-designed. The hotel is well-located in the historic center of Olbia. And, I really enjoyed the wellness center--sauna and jacuzzi.
    Cons: I had a bit of noise one night and two mornings. But, it wasn't something that greatly impacted my stay.

    Great place to relax and explore

    Pros: Location is fabulous. The room was big, and the terrace even bigger. If we had been staying for more than the one night we'd have definitely made more use of it to watch the sunset over the rooflines. Monica (?) was brilliant too, so helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, coffee great (Nespresso) and the breakfast room and terrace great place to sit.

    Nice Hotel for a few days to explore Olbia, staff were pleasant and helpful. We only stayed 1 night before heading furth

    Pros: Good location easy access into centre of town, bars, restaurants etc. Pleasant breakfast from the roof top balcony.
    Cons: Hotel itself was nice, but some of the other buildings in the area looked a bit rough.

    Pros: Proximity to city center; nice decor and modern feel
    Cons: Noise insulation; lack of black-out curtains for all windows; 8 parking stalls only (should clarify that parking may be available)

    Pros: Its really good located, the hotel is super clean and the room was spacious. The shower was amazing.
    Cons: The fact you have to pay for the water you get in the fridge in your room was too much. At least water could be inclusive.

    Very good quality for price. Kind and clean. Very good SPA

    Pros: Hotel in the hystorical center of Olbia, few steps from the main walking street with restaurants and shops. A bit difficult to park but found easily nearby payment parking area. The people attending were very kind and professional. The spa at a reasonable cost was very good for the size of the hotel (big jacuzzi type pool, hot vapour sauna, mud and salt to cure the skin, various showers, several resting areas). Breakfast was good level. Very clean. Nice shower in the room.
    Cons: I would improve bed sheets type and make them more like the standard cotton ones. But this was marginal issue.

    Pros: Superior room was big enough and location was good. It has a parking place in front of the hotel but you have to book in advance. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
    Cons: Cleaning could be better.
