Pros: Maria the guest relation was very nice and cooperative.

Cons: Most of the good food were over soon and not getting charged. You could see lines of people waiting for food, drinks, and snacks in some places.

Cons: Im still shocked my sunglasses was stolen in the middle of the main pool area and i talked with the security and they checked two days later, thats a robbery, how come a hotel with 24/7 parties isnt secured by cameras, i even showed the exact place and i told them i saw the guy was wearing it but they acted so selfish because I wasnt russian maybe otherwise they will be running , Im still in shock hopefully the owners of the hotel will see this i really hope the whole security staff will be fired, i even think they were the one who stole it because they acted so weird, the only good one was MARIA she was trying to help and she even showed me the message she sent to the security but they were scammers, and the day i checked out another guy came and he complained about his sunglasses was stolen. this is our 4th time there and this time it was miserable. that sunglasses were very precious to me thats such a shame. i still have all the information with details if you really want to do something about it.

For civilized world representatives better to avoid that Hotel which stands as a "russian paradise"

Cons: My vacation was ruined by my choice of this hotel for several reasons: 1) Upon arriving at the reception, I requested to communicate in English instead of russian. Regrettably, the staff's reaction was unfriendly, and their disapproving looks seemed to convey, 'Why did you come here, man?' 2) The rooms would be uncleaned and the refrigerator would be empty until you explicitly requested it from staff. 3) The hotel, as a whole, appeared worn out. We encountered issues like a partially working key card receiver in the room, fragile furniture due to age, and a pervasive scent of antiquity. It felt like a bright Dutch faade using in purpose to mask underlying issues. 4) The dining experience left much to be desired. The food was average like in typical Egypt, and the quality of alcohol was poor. While the menu may have appeared diverse on paper, the actual culinary experience fell far short of expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate the food a 6 and alcohol 3. 5) The icing on the cake of our stay was the behavior of russian guests who are the majority there (about 75%) who have visited the hotel for several years. They seemed to assume a sense of entitlement, turning their music on the max volume on the beach, using offensive language and gestures in public places, and showing indecent conduct when drinking more than needed. Be prepared for a deep dive into a russian world with its "best sides and benefits", to the world that lacks respect towards other visitors. In summary, my stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. It took me an additional week after returning home to distance myself from the negative experiences that buried my trip.
