Pros: Front desk staff was fantastic. Brianna was especially helpful answering questions regarding local restaurants and getting a taxi for us to the cruise port. Location to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc was very close and easy to walk to. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to New Orleans.

Pros: The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was large. It was not a busy hotel, which I also liked. Check in and out was easy.

Cons: Location was not as close as I thought it would be (not the hotel's fault). A/C in our room did not work- messaged the hotel, they said they'd look into it, but never did. Also the tub kept backing up over our 3 day stay to the point of being stagnant.

Pros: Super friendly staff (front desk, maintenance, folks running the breakfast), excellent location, amazingly comfy beds, room darkening shades, very clean and quiet.

Cons: AC/heat wasnt super consistent but was never uncomfortable! Hotel was under maintenance when we went so the sun deck wasnt open but didnt make our time there any less wonderful!

Pros: location from Bourbon street is perfect, the staff were amazing a special acknowledgement to Gwendolyn, Miss Debbie, and Terry who do everything to be helpful, friendly and a great job! Miss Debbie does a great job with the complimentary breakfast... sure wish her biscuit sandwiches were out more and more!

Pros: Proximity to Harrah's and other New Orleans attractions, beautiful room, comfortable amenities, staff reached out to offer suggestions on things to do or places to go.

Cons: Room did not have a fridge, which is a must have in New Orleans. There was also a lot of dust on the overhang above the TV/desk. Walls/ceilings were quite thin, some soundproofing would be nice.
