Pros: There was so much to do - from restaurants, shops, and live music every night/ bar, it was perfect ! The pool was great, but it could be opened up a little more for extra seating. It was walking distant to another restaurant/ bar with music as well right off the water, and the marina was walking distant for other rentals. Great location they also have a laundry facility, but it's coin-operated

Cons: The stairway lights are really bright, so if you have a room by the staircase, the first bedroom is very bright at night regardless of how you put the shade

Pros: Enjoyed restaurants on site and our unit was very comfortable. Love having the lanai.

Cons: Dissapointed main restaurant was closed. Also was not able to understand whether we were designated cleaning or not so we didn't pursue. However, we did run out of trash bags and toilet paper etc...by end of our stay. Would have been nice to have had things refueled.

Cons: No access to beach or water. Poor communication regarding accommodation and housekeeping services.

We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Hotel has a few flaws, but also some positives. Price is too high.

Pros: The 2 room suite with 2 bathrooms and kitchen was nice. We loved the band and restaurants outside our room. The area with the restaurants was great because it was walkable and had good food. The music every night was fun. The beds were comfortable. Manager addressed light coming through window by putting up a shade, that was helpful.

Cons: Did not get a water view that we paid for. Offered to move us but by then we were totally unpacked, 1 floor up would have been better to see water. Kitchen was nice but lacking bowls and other items to actually cook anything. Had to ask for housekeeping repeately to get clean towels and clean dishtowels. Never did get a fresh dishtowel. Light coming through bedroom #2 window was like having a light on in the room. Impossible to sleep, manager bought a blackout shade and installed. Very helpful. A guest broke a bottle and we asked to have someone come sweep and vacuum it up. They did not do it. Had to get the manager involved to get the glass cleaned up. Pool was too far away and no amenities. No bathroom except a porta john.

Nice room but need to be honest about beach access

Pros: Room was very nice but didnt have enough cooking spoons or eating utensils. Pool & spa were nicely heated & had both shade w/umbrellas & sun areas to choose & garden near pool very nice. Loved screened in porch also.

Cons: Not near beaches & wasnt told no parking & had to pay $10/day to park @Tigertail beach .thats the reason we came to Marco! Also room didnt say was right over bar! Music was loud so glad it was over @ 9pm. Beds were way too soft.hard to get outta bed! Also scheduled room housekeeping 3 days in advance & replace towels never received.tried to call lobby no answer @1:30-2pm!

We loved it here!

Pros: We loved that it was a short walk to Smith Tavern for music and drinks. We ate at all the restaurants including the Snook Inn and the service and food were excellent at all. The Barbara Neuman gallery was a nice touch as well. Pool area was lovely. Truly, our only complaint was the floors in the unit were very dirty and dusty. Our feet were black and we had to wear our shoes inside.

Cons: The floors as stated above. The toaster in our unit didnt work and the coffee pot could be bigger.

Cons: could have used ice trays, a few more dishes and extra blankets. Very basic kitchen items so we couldnt do any cooking and no ice trays so we didnt even bring drinks back from shopping. Leather couches could have used covers to use and blanket to watch TV

Wed stay again, instead of a hotel but the decor certainly needs an update.

Pros: The balcony, two bedrooms and two baths were spacious and very clean.

Cons: The unit smelled like septic when it rained. The decore is old, and we were in the deluxe apartment. The kitchen supplies were very minimal.

Pros: We're building a house on Marco and I needed to come down last minute to meet with builder. We usually stay in a beach condo or rental house. Never stayed in Olde Marco and I was pleasantly surprised. Your facility is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Felt like I was staying in Key West
