Pros: We've been here for a few times now ( 1 nights stay only ) and we do appreciate the value and the location ( it's few minutes drive from the Airport ). Staff at the Hotel is always kind and helpful .

Cons: Hotel rooms , probably soon , will need a bathroom refurb and , even better , if the rooms could have a soundproof work done .

We would have liked to have stayed longer but couldn't on this occasion.

Pros: The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and excellent value.

Location is to far from downtown

Cons: Im quite disappointed about this Hotel. Location was really far from downtown, also the check in took to long. Room had almost no view and staff was really slow.

It was a great hotel, with friendly customer service and a good location. I would definitely return.

Friendly staff but the room is not fit for purpose

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was simple but plentiful and the staff were friendly.

Cons: The room was very small - the wardrobe couldnt open as the bed was too near. The room did not have a window. There was a power cut in the night which meant that the air conditioning did not function - we couldnt open a window because there wasnt one. We couldnt open the door because we were on the ground floor and it opened out to the public. The room was very hot without ac or any natural airflow. My wife is 6 months pregnant so I was concerned - I called the number provided twice with no answer. Nobody was on the desk so we just had to get on with it - it was fine in the end and the AC came back on after three hours but I was worried about my pregnant wife overheating and there was nobody to assist us. That being said, the power cut was to the street and clearly not the fault of the hotel. I was hoping to raise this safety concern the next morning but there were other disgruntled guests discussing the power cut with the manager. If power cuts are regular then the hotel should consider ventilation for ground floor guests and be available to assist - particularly if somebody is pregnant or has medical needs.
