    Pros: Good location, easy access to the main strip of Rome. Easy check in, and very helpful staff. I was able to store my bag after checkout and they were very accommodating.
    Cons: Its nothing to write home about. Very basic needs, bathroom is okay, not great. It was cleaned but not deeply.

    We have stayed here a few times before and we really like the area. The only problem is I think they need a little updat

    Pros: Staff was great. Location great too
    Cons: The bathrooms really need some updating, shower heads and the bathroom doors are falling apart from the showers. Otherwise we really like the place.

    Good location and value

    Pros: Rooms were pretty clean and being cleaned every day. Sheets were changed daily. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Its 15 min / 800m walk from the vatican airport shuttle bus stop.
    Cons: Room was relatively warm however windows were not isolated well enough. It got colder at night. the building itself is little bit old, might be prone to earthquakes.

    Pros: Close to the main attractions and Vatican (if you like to walk you can walk everywhere from here)
    Cons: Room and bathroom very small and outdated; shower doors didnt close (everything got yet when we showered) Didnt like the mattress nor the pillows, very small bed for a couple (the room had an extra bed I dont know why) The room was faced to the back of the building meaning there was the next buildings windows right in front of ours, we couldnt even see the sky from our window. We could listen to everything happening on the bedrooms on the same floor or above and even the reception (we were on the 2nd floor!). The front door of the building is very heavy and every time someone opened it during the night we woke up to a massive sound! I wanted to make a cup of tea one night but after taking a look inside the electric kettle I instantly gave up the idea, it hasnt been clean for ages I guess Overall an old building with outdated rooms and poor cleaning.

    You get what you pay for.

    Pros: This was simply about price. We needed a place to stay in Rome before our flight back to the US.
    Cons: No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called, a couple different times. We couldnt request a taxi to the airport or get a wake-up call for this reason. Very uncomfortable bed.

    Barebones hotel. The staff are friendly IF they are at the front desk. I was told at 2:00pm that the coffee was gone for

    Pros: Great location. The restaurants on the same street were great. The bed was comfortable.
    Cons: The shower door did not keep water from getting on the bathroom floor and onto the bedroom area floor. There is significant water damage to the baseboard, door and door frame of the bathroom because of this and could pose a health risk for mold.
