Pros: Unfortunately there wasnt anything we liked about this hotel.

Cons: This hotel was advertised as a 5 star but did not deliver this. Staff and service make a 5 star experience and apart from the general manager, there was no good service. Asked for an iron three times before receiving it, the room felt like a dungeon, rooftop bar looked tired and was always unmanned, took 40 minutes to even get a drink. We were upgraded due to the dark room and extremely uncomfortable bed but that room felt like what the standard of a 5 star room should be like. We were given a complimentary dinner to compensate at the hotel restaurant which was not at all good, and it took over two hours to get the main. Overall extremely disappointing and feel ripped off having paid the price we did to stay at this very mediocre hotel that felt like a stopover hotel at an airport.

Cons: Not enough staff in the breakfast room in the morning. It took along time even for a decent cup of coffee. For a five star hotel, simply not good enough

Excellent 5* hotel in perfect location!

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, great location with 5* facilities and service. Breakfast was excellent, the staff are super helpful and responsive. Alpha at the roof top bar looked after us and was super personable. Yves the GM assisted me with an issue I had and cant speak highly enough of the hotel! Pool is gorgeous and so nice to be able to enjoy the weather in the city, after being out all day you can relax by the pool with lovely cocktails.

Cons: Everything was great, the air conditioning system wasnt straight forward to use but its very new technology and worked very well. Might be worth explaining on arrival.

Pros: Fantastic immaculate hotel. Our room was large with a big bath as well as a waterfall shower Rooftop bar is beautiful and tasty food and cocktails were available up there too. We ate at the hotels Japanese restaurant and this was also excellent All in all one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a good while

Cons: My only negative was our experience at breakfast. We arrived at 10.35 having been told breakfast ran until 11am. First thing waitress said to us was that breakfast ended at 11 and we would have to sit outside the breakfast restaurant. We sat down as requested and her colleague promptly reiterated that breakfast ended at 11am. The buffet was almost empty and it was clear they had no intention of refilling it. We ordered omelettes which we waited 50 mins for because they forgot about us ironically meaning we were there much later than we otherwise would have been. Perhaps don't advertise offering breakfast until 11am if you don't mean it!

Cons: The pool area is very small for the size of the hotel, hard to find a seating place. We visited in July during extreme heat wave so maybe that was the issue when we needed shaded seating area.

Very nice stay with really nice staff who helped us with what we needed at the time.

Pros: Good location

Cons: If i must say something negative, it maybe would be slow service at the bar one night and it wasnt too busy, thats all.
