Cons: I was very disappointed because They could not accommodate a downstairs room. I had a blind/disabled person with me and it was very hard on him to go up and down the stairs. Beds were not queen size like stated. They were smaller. TV did not worked.

Cons: First of all, your website did not speak to whether the joint was pet friendly. Most definitely, it was not, and the manager was antagonistic when she pointed this out. Secondly, a $100 cleaning deposit was required upon booking. WHAT? First time I've ever encountered this. Thirdly, management was actually operating a farm labor camp at this facility!!! Complete with serving meals! They aren't interested at all in providing lodging for the traveler! They have their own guaranteed income going on. The carpets were threadbare. The whole place stunk, and in particular, my room smelled of mold!

Pros: Swimming pool & jacuzzi.

Cons: Overweight woman at the reception desk was most unfriendly and unhelpful. Every question or request was met with a rude attitude like she couldn't be bothered to get up and help us. We were a party including children and elderly people, but when I asked her where the elevator was, she told me there wasn't one, and if we were unable to manage stairs we should have requested disabled facilities. I said my parents are not disabled, but they are nearly 80 and so they would expect there to be an elevator as we have several heavy cases between us. She couldn't care less. When I returned to ask her for the WiFi code it was like I was asking her to give me a free pass. We had to bother her a final time, by asking for some extra towels (only one was provided in each of our rooms)... She definitely acted like we really bothering her by making her get up and waddle off to get them. There was no hot drink facilities in the rooms, and nowhere on site or in the area to get anything. We chose this place as the webpage said they provided a free light breakfast (this offer was repeated on a poster at the front desk) however, the rude woman said that was no longer the case. When I questioned the fact that you shouldn't advertise something if it is not true, she just shrugged....
