    Pleasant comfortable stay, reasonable for the price paid.

    Pros: Very clean rooms, comfortable mattress and bedding, helpful staff and good value for money.
    Cons: The breakfast was limited, could have been better for the price we paid.

    Cons: Everything from the start, how can I reserve 2 rooms for 2 nights and be charged separately for car parking? just not acceptable. Room size is very small, no space from one side of the double bed (Queen size) for one to reach, furniture is very old and in bad shape, some cigarette burns on it, curtain stuck and had to ask for maintenance to help, ended up with curtains being shorter than the wall width, toilet has no proper amenities, just shampoo & body wash that were the same! , though there is a place for it but iron and iron table were missing, no drawers next to bed just a shelf, mould under the sink, it is just not by any means up to Novotel standards.

    not up to expectations

    Pros: The bed linen was not changed from the previous guest and the pillows even where not fluffed, they had head marks. The room and bathroom were smelly. I called for room service. They came and changed the linen, but it was rough and scratchy- overused and old. The complimentary water bottle in the room was not sealed and it looked like it was refilled. I called reception for replacement; they were rude and never sent the water.
    Cons: room cleanliness no valet parking. no one to help with luggage from car to reception and you are expected to carry your luggage on and off the security scanner. staff attitude.
