Overpriced apartment in good location

Pros: Well located, manager greeted us even though we arrived out of office hours

Cons: The unit we stayed in has had no investment in it for some time. The sliding door from the bedroom to the balcony would not latch, repairs to the walls were not done properly, the dining setting looked like an outdoor setting.

Cons: Cleaniness and maintenance are the biggest problems here. The white dunna was actually yellowed. All doors and powerpoints dirty, with dirt marks all over, outdoor setting dirty - had to wipe doors and table and chairs outside. Ants in the kitchen coming from cupboard under the sink where trays were stored with lots of crumbs. Whoever does the cleaning don't care much or cannot see what they are doing. Also, holes in walls probably from the door handles prior to installing door stoppers. My daughter put a tissue in the hole on her bedroom as she was concerned of hidden cameras . Pool is old, spa is old, would not dare bathe there. Location is far from Noosa's main beach by foot, take the car and spend in one day 40+45 min to have the car parked plus 20 min in busy traffic before you get there. Gympie terrace is close but what good when all restaurants are full, expensive and the good ones tell you to wait 45 min for 3 burgers?

Our son and family were staying along the same road which made it very convenient so the location was great

Pros: Spacious living area and large TV, central location to Noosa river ferry at The Terrace Boatshed & Noosa Sound , and Cafes and shops at Noosaville! Kind and helpful managers .

Cons: The traffic noise from cars on Noosa Pde , Couldnt get the microwave or oven to work with none or unhelpful instruction page even with tech savvy 26 yo !

Our stay was most pleasant and enjoyable.

Pros: The location of the resort was excellent, only a very short walk to river, lake and numerous restaurants. Whilst we did not use the pool or spa they both looked very clean and enticing. The whole of the apartment was very clean, tidy and functional.

Cons: Nothing known of.

Noosa keys a fantastic resort for the whole family

Pros: We love the location to Noosa river , as well as super hosts Chris and Christine made us feel right at home
