    Pros: The hotel was modern and clearly recently renovated unlike many hotels in Manhattan. Post Covid many hotels skimp on amenities and “nickel and dime” you for every little thing. Not so here. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

    Pros: The staff at reception was always friendly and ready to help. Provided toiletries were useful.
    Cons: The window was losing the heat and every morning we woke up cold. The bathroom door did not close so we experienced lack of privacy. An opaque window between a shower cabin and a bedroom let all the light through so if one uses a shower at night, another one will be woken up by the light. Although the hotel staff said the location was safe, we did not feel it quite well going out within 5-10 min. Partner taxi service provided by the hotel was a disappointment. We should have better ordered Uber or official city taxi.

    Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They station the front desk late so it feels secure when we come back at 3am from a show.
    Cons: I thought the balcony type was different than what I booked, the photos were deceiving. We asked the front desk to confirm and sure enough those advertised photos are just for the penthouse suites. I regretted booking a balcony room for the extra money.

    Pros: This is a gem. Service is fantastic (really above and beyond for the price), location is great, rooms are nice, clean and comfy, roof terrace supernice to bring breakfast a sunny morning. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

    Great location, great staff, comfortable...

    Pros: The property is situated in a great spot for access to public transportation. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room i stayed in had a lovely "Juliet balcony" with a view of Grand street and there is rooftop access for lounging and taking in the skyline. My room was nice and clean, and the shower was great.
    Cons: 2 complimentary bottles of water were provided and there was filtered water available on demand in the lobby, but the filtered water tasted a bit like the filter needed to be replaced. Other than that there is some street noise which might bother you if you're a light sleeper.

    Perfect stay for a family...

    Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful both days. Let us borrow cellphone charger and umbrella Gave us a teddy bear at check in Beds were comfy, room was clean and a great location at a great value. Roof top deck with seating and great views!
    Cons: No complaints!

    Pros: This hotel is ideally located. The staff go out of their way to provide you with everything you’ll need for your stay. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful rooftop.
    Cons: Can’t think of a thing.
