Overall, we had a great stay and had all our needs met.

Pros: The location is right next to Nissi Beach. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Comfortable room with all necessities.

Cons: There is no designated parking for the hotel, you park on the street. No great views or balcony.

Pros: Wow! What a beautiful hotel for such a good price. The food was outstanding especially the buffet breakfast! The staff were so kind and helpful. Taxis were always so effencient and the staff were on board to help whenever needed! I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Worth a visit!

Pros: The place is just above Nissi beach, the location is great. It is very clean, the stuff is friendly, they let us have check out an hour later then usual. It was our honeymoon so we got wine and fruits in the room when we arrived. The garden is very cute with live music some nights. There is a billiard to play too.

Cons: The air conditioning needs some cleaning.

Pros: The breakfast was the typical. The dinner had different themes each night. That was nice. The beach is near. The pool was clean and safe. The waiters in the pool bar were really polite and the music concerts were nice. There was a giftcard for the Spa which was great (the giftcard and the services in the spa).

Cons: The bed was not so soft. There were not many places to park the car.

Pros: Hotel is very fresh. It is recently renovated. Just several minutes away from Nissi Beach. Very friendly staff at reception. Room was clean and properly cleaned. Good quality of towels and linen. Very nice inner yard with swimming pool. Quality food on breakfast and very good working wifi.

Cons: Room size is very small and looks very basic. There is balcony with chairs but it is so small that you cannot sit. Beds are not so comfortable.

Pros: We were on vacation with our family. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff at the reception. Excellent breakfast. Musical programms. Nearby 200 meters the beach. The hotel is in a quiet location, 3 km from the center.

Cons: The only negative is that if you arrive by car, there is no parking lot, there are many municipal parking lots or near the hotel.

With such a delightful experience, I can confidently say that I will definitely be returning to the Nisi Park Hotel in the future. Nice location, nice pool, clean, too noisy and not great value for money

Pros: Location is very close to Nissi beach, a bus journey or taxi from the main strip so you also dont get all of the noise from the strip

Cons: You can hear everything from everyone next door, above, below and walking past. Double bed is two singles so they moved apart in the night. There was also only one plug socket in the whole room so Id recommend bringing an extension lead. The hotel staff are generally quite pleasant, the blond pregnant lady on the front desk was quite rude and abrupt. The main thing is the noise that you can hear from the rest of the hotel. Definitely not worth 100 a night

Pros: The hotel was even better than we expected! Clean rooms with comfy beds, great food, perfect service and a special ambiance, completely different to other hotels in the area. If you are searching for a place to rest, relax and be away from the noise you would find in most Ayia Napa hotels, search no more! Special thanks to the manager and the entire staff for making our stay so good, that we will come back again next year.

Nice hotel very close to the beach

Pros: The common and pool area was very nice, also the staff were super welcoming and supportive. Location wise, the hotel is like 5 min from Nissi beach, very convenient.

Cons: the bathroom was a bit old, but everything was clean so not much to complaint.
