    Cons: There was problem with wi-fi connection in the room and in the lobby too which was very important for me because I had work to do online, unfortunatelly crew didn't helped me at all with my problem. Had to look for the connection outside the hotel. :(

    Really nice

    Pros: It would really really be nice if you got all new carpet throughout or did flooring in the rooms due to sand and it just looks worn and old. Also the gym equipment especially the pelaton was disappointing I didn't even use it bc the seat wouldn't adjust and I bike daily so inwas bummed but the pool was awesome access to the beach was amazing and the bar was really great too.

    Generally positive with limitations.

    Pros: Beautiful view and location. The room was well maintained and comfortable.
    Cons: Very limited food service on property. No breakfast and no room service. Electronic key cards did not work well. Had to be rekeyed several times and they weren’t near to my phone.

    Perfect place to pamper yourself...

    Pros: It was a beautiful location with high end finishes throughout, amazing beach/pool bar service and large rooms with comfortable beds and amazing views. We will definitely return!!
    Cons: Sometimes the wait for the elevator was long and we came during renovation of the inside bar and restaurant but we are looking forward to returning and trying them out!

    Pros: Location of the hotel is really good.
    Cons: A lot of hidden fees that you are not told at the beginning. Front desk staff will yes however they do not follow through.

    Pros: The location and the ocean view from our balcony
    Cons: The room was filthy. We had roaches, standing water in sinks, worn carpets, bad light fixtures and a tv that didn’t work. The listing said 2 king sized beds we got double bed instead. The furniture was stained and falling apart. The sofa didn’t fit in the space they had it so it blocked a door. We asked that the room be cleaned and nothing was done.

    Pros: Location is great. I have stayed many times over the years but this time will be my last.
    Cons: Roaches!! Uncleanness, rude staff, unruly guest out of control and security did nothing.
