Something that new and contemporary hotels can't give you, experience it.

Pros: Hot water is already there when I open the door of my room. It's good for a welcome coffee in the room. Never experience anything like this before. Room size is comparatively larger than normal standard size for new hotel.

Cons: No ice maker machine, no microwave oven.The TV set is too small(but where to put a bigger one?).There should be a public bath

This hotel is a gem!

Pros: We got a room with a great view. The room is more than adequate, there were plentiful amenities. The location is ideal for us and the price was budget-friendly.

Cons: The staff could be a little more welcoming. It would be nicer had the staff offered a little locale info such as the nearby shopping street. We just happened to wander over that area, we could have spent a little more time there.

Pros: If you need a room just for transfer purposes, it is a good choice as the hotel location is a 5-minute walk to Narita airport. From there, you can catch the train to Narita Airport, only 10 minutes. 3 large single beds can give you extra comfort.

Cons: Very old-style hotel with a low ceiling that makes you feel stuffy. The toilet was noisy like a truck whenever you flush it. We end up with not using it at night.

Great value hotel in lovely Narita.

Pros: The hotel was very close to the station and had a seating area in the room which was a real bonus. The beds were super comfy and we could open the window despite being on the 7th floor. Our request to book in early and check out late were accommodated with no extra charge and bag storage on request too. The staff were very helpful polite and respectful. Hotel offered clear instructions on how to get there and was good value for money.

Cons: The bathroom was smaller than the other 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip and there was a slight leak from the sink so there was some water on the bathroom floor from the base of the unit after use, which if the bathroom had been later, would've been less of an issue.

It was very ok

Pros: After a long journey we only wanted to sleep - the location of the hotel was perfect, a five minutes walk from Narita station. A little bit "70th-flair", but everything worked well and it was very clean. Price /performance ratio was very good, I say. The room was relativl big for japanese standard and the staff was very kind.

A comfortable and well priced place to stay after arriving at Narita Airport or prior to flying out.

Pros: It was very handy to Narita JR Railway Station.

Cons: Only that there w as no wash cloth or scrubbing cloth but many people wouldnt care about that.

Id stay again. Lovely walk in the morning and i found a pretty park.

Pros: The deep bath and the wonderful kimono style gown (which you cannot keep).

Cons: The shuttle bus hours of an evening. However it was easier to wait than deal with train system immediately. It was difficult for me to find food on Sat. Morn, however near at the train station there is plenty of options.

Exceptional location but...

Pros: Location wise was very helpful since it was only about 8 mins away from North exit Narita station and the hotel was close to JR line bus stop. We went to Aeon Mall in Narita for Book Off and the walk back from bus station to the hotel was such a breeze since it was within walking distance.

Cons: The pillow was quite worn out and smelly, the bathroom floor had one uhm, hair, from private area and the bidet seat didn't have any heating function
