    Kindly arrange halal food for Muslim visitors

    Pros: Outstanding hotel in terms of room size, facilities, staff cooperation , cleanliness, value of money, everything was perfect. The only thing I didnt like was the location because it was too far from main city and specially for Muslims its difficult to stay because no Muslim/halal food available in Narita or surroundings.
    Cons: Location area was very beautiful but for a foreigner visitors not recommended to stay because its far from main city and specially for Muslim visitors there is no Halal food in the sourroundings.

    Pros: Couldnt fault this hotel. Stayed there on arrival and departure. Shuttle pick up was easy, staff were very kind and polite, Japanese style breakfast was excellent, room was clean, shower was hot, small shop in lobby and amenities for heating food. Would definitely stay again.

    Pros: Free shuttle bus from airport and Narita station was nice. Staff are very friendly. The garden in the back is nice and peaceful.

    Just basic

    Pros: This is my 2nd time staying here. The reason why we stay here is at a reasonable price, shuttle bus to Aeon & airport. Just convenient for transit.
    Cons: Just room is not updated at all. Everything is old. The bed is hard and the A/C is weak. The hair dryer is mounted to the wall in terrible condition...lol It's Ok I rented a better and stronger hair dryer from the front desk. Just a reasonable price!!
