Cons: More choice at breakfast and clearly labelled for vegetarians. Had one double and 2 single beds in room when I asked for a twin which meant one of us had the lumpy single bed. Double was comfortable. Asked for rooms close to each other but were on floors 2 and 5 with no option to move at any point. Bathroom a bit tired looking and towels very thin.

Overall great value for money

Pros: amazing staff , especially Ubaldo at the front desk good location , you walk straight out of the hotel and the metro station is right there breakfast was actually really good , all the basics , very fresh , enough seating

Cons: cant complain about much , more than fair value for the price

Pros: Staff was at the front desk and was fantastic!!! He is an asset to this hotel very helpful. The hotel was in a distance yo scooter to most attractiions

Cons: It was very difficult to get to the elevator had to go up steps before getting to s floor with an elevator Do not handicap friendly and I would not advise people who have difficulty with stairs staying here

Cons: Price vs quality poor, small shower for people tall than 1,70 cm, outside of the hotel dirty and unsafe. lack of welcoming, not great costumer service and lack of details which can made happy to the costumers and unsecured wiffi
