Disappointing

Cons: I could have said it was a nice place to stay in Seoul except for what happened. I come back one evening, the bed was made, and my belongings were gone (even though I had paid for 2 more nights!!!). I go down to the reception thinking it's a misunderstanding and the housekeeper must have put my belongings somewhere at the reception. Not at all!!! I'm told that my belongings were thrown in the trash and that I have to go search the bins. I find, among other things, my medication box, empty!!!! Do you think the manager of this place would apologize? No, he claimed that I must have "eaten all my medication." No apology from him. Unfortunately, I can't live without these medications, so I had to return to France 2 days later. In short, if you care about your belongings, run away.

Pros: The property was very convenient and accessible when travelling in South Korea. It was my second time there, I was satisfied during our first stay last June 2023 which was the main reason why I chose it again during our Winter trip.
