Pros: The view from the restaurant towards the metro, especially at night.

Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, but was fine overall. Staff at restaurant was very nice, but food only so-so.

Pros: Very nice staff, always available to help and answer questions. The htel is in a quiet area but a bit far from the Pink city (old city). Restaurant was very good as well.

A Delightful Experience

Pros: "I recently stayed at the Nahargarh Heveli and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view of the city. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a plush bed, plenty of pillows, and all the amenities I could want, including a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and high-speed internet. The bathroom was also immaculate and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food and had a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from, as well as fresh juice and coffee. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's top attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and I slept soundly every night. Overall, I cannot recommend the [hotel name] highly enough. The staff, the amenities, the food, and the location were all exceptional, and I look forward to staying there again in the future."

Cons: When making the reservation, I selected 2 rooms and 4 SEPARATE beds. My request was visible in correspondence with the object. After sending it, I received an email from Booking.com informing me that the request was accepted by the property. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given two rooms with two double beds. I informed that we expect 4 separate beds as per the approved request. The gentleman said they don't have such rooms. After a while the manager came and started shouting at us! It was a very unpleasant conversation. After half an hour we managed to get a partial solution, suddenly there was one room with two beds! As a consequence, after an hour of very unpleasant conversation (several times I told the manager not to yell at us!!!) we got 3 rooms. All this took place at 1 am. The gentlemen from the hotel completely ignored our fatigue. One hour after check in, the manager posted in the chat that the property does not accept requests for 4 separate beds. Please note that this reply was sent AFTER OUR ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL. Earlier I received information about the acceptance of my wish. Without confirmation that my request for 4 separate beds is accepted, I would not have booked this hotel. This is completely frivolous and irresponsible behavior of the hotel staff. A response about the impossibility of fulfilling my request should be sent immediately after I have made a reservation. Sending it after we checked in at the hotel is an attempt to avoid liability. This is outrageous behavior by the hotel manager.
